Took the family to Arya Steakhouse. Arya just added a specialty steak menu and it is amazing! The food, atmosphere and service was excellent! People have not caught on to what's going on here. Hurry and try it before everyone figures out how awesome this place is! I can't recommend this place enough, seriously! Yum!
I had dinner with friends at Arya Redwood City on Monday, 9-25-17, and it was, in a word, fantastic. My friends are from Argentina which is known for its steak houses and they loved their ribeyes. They said Arya was the first steak house to hit the spot for them. I have to agree. The food, the preparation, and presentation were excellent.
Arya also has a fantastic ambiance of understated, subdued elegance. Music plays but it lives softly in the background and unobtrusive. Conversations are actually possible at Arya! This place is very well done.
Possibly the best part of the evening was the manager, Steve. I'm convinced he's directly out of some 1920s tuxedoed night club. He carries himself with elegance and that transferred into the care he provided for us. We never felt rushed nor neglected. In a word? Perfect!
Finally, we enjoyed a bottle of bin 180, the Trapiche Malbec, similar to a Merlot but from Argentina. Try it. You will NOT regret it!
We had appointment for dinner and was seated promptly and waited a while for our server to arrive. We thought they forget about us and finally Stephen arrived and he completely surprised us with excellent service. Food are pricey and all meats are halal. They are moving soon to Palo Alto which is much closer for us. Stephen gave a birthday cake for our friend who is celebrating his birthday and visiting from out of country. Highly recommended.
Finally got the chance to visit this Arya Steak house (Halal). Very nice and clean place inside out. Host was nice and immediately got use seated. We ordered kids the mac and cheese, which was nice. Ordered samosas and meat balls for appetizers. Samosas were good, but meat balls seems be tough and it seems like it was finished in the microwave. I ordered cowboy ribeye medium, it was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed every bit of it. Wife ordered chicken kabab and she enjoyed her dish as well. I will definitely visit again when i am in the area.
Came into SF as an airline crew but have to self isolate at hotel. Been into SF many times but somehow today, chance upon this steakhouse on UberEats.. decided to order the ribeye, truffle fries and chicken BBQ pizza.. must say it was nice.. price-wise quite decent.. I’m sure it would have been nicer if i could have dine there..

I am giving it 4 stars because as the name suggests, this place is only for steaks. I ordered Ribeye Steak and it was Aah-mazing!!! I enjoyed it so much that I did not want it to be over :-D
I believe all their other steaks are as good as this one. My family doesn’t eat steak so they ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza which was very sweet and the chicken pieces were too big. We also got Arya Burger and it was completely bland; there was no taste in the beef patty. We ordered Falafel for appetizer and tbh, we have had better falafels than these. Their green chutneys were delicious and spicy! The Strawberry and Raspberry Lemonades were tasty and refreshing.
Do: Only order Steaks!
Don’t: Do not order anything else except Steaks!

Great steakhouse. The food is yummy. One problem is the secondary server. Seems like he was in hurry and didn't even ask us if we need a to go box for the left over.

Update: we came here with a large party (including six of my kids!) and had a great time. Our server, Jennifer was very inviting, patient and engaging with the kids. She helped keep the flow going and the kids busy with food for them fired first. It was a truly great experience when we were all expecting to eat well, but for the kids to more or less ruin it 😅
The food this go around was mostly positive. My dads steak was just over and my husbands lamb was under, but not enough to complain. All in all -I’d still highly recommend this restaurant. Oh and get the mezze platter. It doesn’t disappoint.
We just celebrated our anniversary here. I would eat here every single day if I could. The service was impeccable. Everyone was attentive and extremely charismatic.
The food. Y’all. The fooooooooooodd. 🤤 My (halal!) steak was cooked to perfection and 💯 the best steak I have ever eaten. My husband had the lamb which he also enjoyed. The paella was delightful. I highly recommend the Sambosa which was perfectly crisp and flakey. Oh and the watermelon lemonade was not too sweet nor sour.
Long story short this place has been dubbed “our spot” and we will be here every chance we get.
We ordered the chicken and beef kabob plater and old-aged ribeye steak and the steak was delicious. We couldn't get enough of it, it just melts in our mouth. We still wanted more the next day. If we only live close by, we would have eaten there again. Definitely we're going to try the tomahawk steak next time.
Delicious food. Very kind staff. Would definitely recommend. The roasted garlic and herb butter sauce was perfection.
