Subway

Came in to order a breakfast flatbread sandwich at 8:20am on 6-9-22. When I asked if they would toast the veggies with the sandwich, they rolled their eyes at me. This is the 3rd time in a row I've gotten a bad vibe from this employee and have no idea why when I've been nothing but polite to them. So for this reason, I'm done coming to this Subway establishment. The 3 stars is because the sandwich tasted good, otherwise it would be 1 star because the customer service wasn't good.

The personnel in this Subway have always been hard workers and i've been fortunate that the waiting line is usually short. They have never been out of stock of the bread or ingredients i desire. When in doubt, this is always an easy fallback as i am in control of what goes into my sandwich so i always get what i want. BTW - the new(ish) non carbonated "aqua frescas" juice/waters are good. I often get the Passionfruit orange guava and mix some Sprite into it. I suggest you give them a try!

This is my second and last visit to this establishment. After my unpleasant first visit a few months ago, I vowed that I would never return. Tonight, I was nearby and decided to give them a another chance. The fellow overcharged me, more than what's indicated on the marquee. Plus, he lied to me about charging an extra dollar for toasting it. I don't even want to eat the sandwich now. Never again. There are so many other businesses that I can support and where I can spend my money.

The store got my order wrong, when I called to let them know, they told me to come back and they’ll fix it. I told them that Im unable to leave work and asked what they could do to fix the situation. They said there was nothing else they could do so I asked for a refund. They said that I would have to speak to the regional manager tomorrow and then the owner of the franchise. I ask why and the manager Elena tells me that I should just drive back and take the money from her wallet. I certainly did not expect the manager of the store to take such a disrespectful and unprofessional tone with a customer. Honestly the refund is not my reason for writing this, the attitude and disrespect that I received from the store manager on the phone is unacceptable and I would expect that a corporation like Subway would have set a higher standard for their management. I am frankly so disappointed with this incident that I will absolutely never return to this location and I will think twice about spending money at any Subway location again in the future.
