This place never fails. I have been to plenty of Islands and I can say that the service and food does not vary with location. The food and service is always great at every location. You get a huge about of food well worth the price. 4 of us shared the brownie and was enough for all of us to get our sweet tooth satisfied. Truffle fries are delicious and shareable. My husband loves the teriyaki wings. Been coming to islands for 20 years roughly and will keep coming back.

Islands have always been my favorite place for wings and burgers and especially their ranch! But recently they have changed their ranch and now it tastes like sour creme/yogurt?. Im not happy at all with this new change, so now I'm eating my fries with ketchup which is ok... but i really would appreciate if they would go back to their original ranch. So for this i give them a 3 star. Ranch does make a huge difference...

Food is always delicious! Service is great.! Never a long wait. Our server summer was amazing very nice and attentive to us! Enjoyed very much. Would totally recommend.

I normally love whatever I order. I got the Yaki tacos today. I wish I would've gotten the others. They were just okay. They comped them so I was glad that I didn't have to pay for them. It was good eating inside again. Everything else was fine: everything was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. The saving grace today was that Lemon Freeze, yes God!

I usually come to this location and have no issues. This particular day I did. I ordered take-out inside of restaurant, my sister and I couldn't decide. The employee who came to take our order made us feel awkward. She stood right in front of us watching as we decided what to get. We placed our order. Then we received the order, checked the receipt She forgot an item, but she didn't put the item on the receipt.

We were doing a to-go order and the server would not walk away. She just stood over us as we were looking over the menu. We had to repeat our order to her several times and in the end, she still forgot my drink.

They have very good burgers. Salads are good too. Tortilla soup is ok. Fries are ok as well. Great spot for groups, happy hour or to catch a game. It's pretty noisy and sometimes there can be a wait. You can order ahead for pick up. They keep it very clean and the staff is attentive and friendly the many times I've visited.
