7-eleven

This store engages in deceptive advertising. I went into the store this morning about in response to the sign at the entrance to the store parking lot indicating that this was free coffee week. When I filled up my cup, the cashier ask that I pay for. I told him about the sign at the curb indicating the coffee should be free. Even when I showed him the app on my cell phone and read this ad, he called his manager who also said it was not a free cup of coffee but, the regular buy 6 cups and the 7th was free. This is in fact just the regular promotion that 7-11 always has. This 7-11 has lost my business for good, and I advise everyone else to not patronize it.

Today was suppose to be free slurpee day. I personally do not ever recall ever a time limit of 11am to 7pm per the fine print. This particular location still had the cups out, which in previous years most typical locations just give out the cups until theyre all gone. Well unfortunately they were not free, so small deception on their part to give the illusion they were giving it for free, but they were charging $1.69 + tax. I had already prepared it, so i was SOL. I could of walked, but it was my fault for making an assumption the promotion was still live with the promotion cups still out for distribution.

This is the absolute worst customer service at a 7-Eleven location anyone can receive. I've been here a few times and every time the same guy who works the early morning shift is counting cash making his customers wait. Just this morning I had five people behind me in line, I asked him to grab me something behind the counter that was maybe five steps away from his register, as I was walking to point out what I wanted he told me to wait and helped every one that was behind me. This could have took him a minute to help me out. I walked out without making any purchases. This guy is rude, avoid going here if possible.
