Starbucks

Just a fair warning, this review is negative and REAL long and will paint me as spoiled, but I personally feel this review is justified. So, I go to class around here, and this Starbucks is a minute's walk away. Nice! Place is well conditioned. Also nice! Staff is just about as well trained as other locations. Also pretty nice. That's where it ends. My qualms started when I started buying non-food and non-frappacino(probably spelled that wrong) drinks. First time around, it was filled with ice. Didn't tell them anything so I was fine, "maybe I'll ask next time". From then on, I'd ask for very little to no ice, and I'd still get the drink where 50-75% of the drink is ice. Not cool, but I lived with it. Then I started ordering from the app. Same problem with the ice, but I lived with it, because the drink was waiting for it by the time I got there, right? Wrong. They'd still be working or(this is where I sound spoiled) pushing it behind orders of folks there. I still didn't do anything because it wasn't a long delay. The last straw was today, where I had BOTH 55% Ice AND waited 8 more minutes on top of the ~3 minutes it took to get there! I'll stand for one or the other, but not both. On the order too, I selected 'light ice'. Is that just not taken into account? Come on Starbucks, not cool. The sad thing is, my break doesn't allow more time to maybe try a different Starbucks either, so I'm stuck with these sub-par orders.
