There is nothing better over lockdown then finding out that cold stone delivered. After a bad day or long meetings day or to celebrate a good day or for just a day Cold Stone custom Make your own is the best. Having the mixins for chocolate mint chocolate coffee chocolate mint and vanilla loaded with brownies, Oreos, fudge x3, chocolate chips, and the other chocolate one is so delicious. It makes any bad day better, good day a celebration, and any regular day awesome. Love it! And this location being right by the lashes places it a great way to treat yourself after and bring home something nice and is located close enough to origins to walk making your adventures complete in a one driving stop shop.

The ice cream here is good! The waffle cone I had was stale and the ice cream melts really quickly, but it was really tasty.

I lost my wallet at cold stone in the evening, i checked for wallet in the next morning at home, i didn't find it, i tried to reach out all the places. finally i called in the morning to cold stone, they told like they keep it safely and collect it. what a relief! ...... I like cold stone ice cream as usual, and you win my heart as well

Really disappointed that nobody in there on Sunday night knew how to donate to Best Buddies. Why advertise the ability to donate inside the store, if the staff don’t even know how to let you donate?!

The boss doesn’t care about online orders at all. Walk in 5 minutes after my order should be ready as is knowing this is how they work, and after standing and getting ignored for 10 minutes, I finally decided I had to do something to at least get them to acknowledge me. Then was told it still wasn’t started as they continued to help the customers instead that just kept rolling in. The others with online orders hadn't even been looked at or asked who they were there for, meaning they hadn’t had a single online order ready. It’s embarrassing as a delivery driver to have to show up late due to there order not being a priority for the boss and his crew

AVOID THIS PLACE!
The Friday night shift white lady is so disrespectful and doesn’t know how to talk with customer. She made us wait for our order for about 30+ minutes for online order. Then she missed a waffle cone from the order and she said she cannot refund for the waffle cone and asked to speak with the manager. She explained she don’t know the technology to refund to the missing order.
Felt disrespectful.
