I had a wonderful experience here! It was actually quite empty when we first came in so we were seated right away. Our server was wonderful, very prompt and attentive. The food was delicious and I loved my drink as well. Just an overall great experience!

Decent service and presentation. Price tags are steep but I believe it matches what they offer in the area. We ordered a few items and noticed improperly washed greens on a firebread, roots and soil lump. I would have expected a very high quality when they charge such high. They even charged 20% for Covid (aren’t we pass Covid restrictions) and didn’t properly mentioned it since they used a payment portal instead of a receipt.

Hostess was really great! Brussel sprouts amazing, Fried chicken- not good crust was hard like a shell and the coleslaw I could’ve gotten at Safeway.

We had brunch here this weekend. I had the Grapefruit-Aperol Spritz and my friends had the Pomeritas. The Aperol Spritz wasn’t very strong and could have used some more champagne and the Pomeritas were too sweet for me. I ate the Breakfast Sopes, which were mostly okay but the base was pretty dry. My friends had the Breakfast Flatbread, Giant Cinnamon Roll, Pom Breakfast Plate and Lisa’s Southern Fried Chicken and Waffles with Honey-butter, Red Pepper Jelly. Overall I would go back but I would order all different items. I didn’t love what I had. However the American was very good.

It’s a family style dining spot. Lots of options. Simple really good food. They take reservations. Check @AWorldOnMyPlate Instagram for Seattle based food content!

Plenty of easy parking. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. Currently, masks are required when not eating or drinking, and the tables are spread out, so it felt safe to be there. The food was delicious! There's also a sort of bakery case on the right as you walk in. I picked up some treats there on the way out, and those were also amazing.

I have been here twice now and will not be returning.
First Time: Front of house staff was impolite, to say the least. I was first met with a tall, younger man with brown hair; improperly wearing his mask and asking me for a vaccine card. I found it odd that Pomegranate requires masks and vaccinations, yet don’t expect that same respect from their employees? Definitely against health standards. Very arrogant and cocky, surprised he was let up front to interact with customers. I overheard him saying vile comments to a female coworker, very unimpressed that this behavior is allowed by management. The place was chaos, no one really knew what to do, everyone was running around but not really accomplishing anything. I was told I had to wait 25 minutes. 25 minutes rolled by, nothing, 30, nothing. So I went up to the front.. they forgot to put my name down! Are you serious? Despite that, I was polite and waited for the next table. I was served a ridiculously high priced sandwich that was mediocre at best. Yet I decided to come back and give it another go, everywhere has bad days.
Second time: It was a slower day, yet I still had to wait for a table. That’s okay. But while I was waiting, I had to go to the bathroom. As I was walking in, a girl came walking out coughing and seemed slightly scared when she saw me, she walked away quickly. Odd. So, I walked in and IMMEDIATELY I caught the smell of marijuana. It was coming from the stall she had just been in. I did my business, washed my hands and left. When I walked back out, I saw the girl making coffee for customers! The girl had been SMOKING P0T IN her place of work! I received another mediocre meal, a simple flatbread for over $20 including tax! Not impressed with the food and service coming out of a kitchen that’s supposed to serve presidents.
Dear Pomegranate Management; you need to do better with your staffing, and either bring your food up quality wise, or lower your prices. I really wanted to enjoy this place.
