OMG! What a find! Initiative BEERS (Hazy IPA, Smokey, Mexican) are tasty AND interesting without being weird or too cool for school. Nicest staff (shout out to Claudia and Brian). Great food with a twist (so not boring but also not too too). So EXCITED to have found what will be our local Go To Brew Pub. Pretty awesome to sit next to the actual brewing. CO started as brew pubs, now super big and National (great for them!), this is how the best get started, small batches, hands on, tasty, a flair you don’t get in commercial beers. Something for everyone her, from stout stouts to light pilsners, all with a little sumthin’ sumthin’ that makes it memorable. GO HERE! Bring friends. These folks are rockin’ it! And super cool graphics!

We came two times in two days, it's that good! The food is amazing, the menu has something for everyone, the establishment is clean and inviting and yes, the beer is fantastic! To top it off, the service was top notch both times. Thank you for a great experience, Grace!

Amazing and extensive food menu! Really diverse and not your usual ‘pub-food,’ everything tasted awesome. Great drink selection too! Service was A1, will definitely be coming back with friends and family!

I absolutely love coming to Initiative! The outdoor patio is the best place to come relax and enjoy a meal and some excellent beer. Yesterday I had their Cubano sandwich and it is wonderful. The pork was cooked just right. The mustard and pickles complement it as they should. I also had their regular fries and they are always cooked to perfection. I had to get their fry sauce as well because it is out of this world. To wash it all down I went with my favorite, the smoked lager. Their Trouble With Authority smoked lager is by far one of my favorite beers. The service is always second to none, and I really like the outdoor patio area because you can bring your dog. Even if mine is not with me at times, there is almost always other dogs there. I highly recommend visiting Initiative Brewing on a regular basis.

We searched the area for a good brewery with food, this one came up and we are so glad it did. The Cubano sandwich was exceptional and the cowboy burger was so good! The ales and lagers were very tasty!! We highly recommend stopping for great food and drinks!

Fantastic place to eat! We had a large party with multiple teen boys and parents all spread out amongst 4-5 tables, eating lunch prior to a baseball game. This was the 2nd time some of us ate there in a 4day trip. The atmosphere is great, clean and bright. The food is good. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was amazing in every way. She did a fabulous job in balancing the large # of us and taking orders aligned with kids and their parent(s). It was PERFERCTLY executed. The whole staff was so friendly and so attentive! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Top 5 burgers I've ever had. Hawaiian burger is the absolute best. I'd give 5 stars but the word "generous portion of fries" is an understatement. Not generous at all.
Beet is excellent, service is great and the atmosphere is great! I'll be back for sure.

Great place, such a wonderful addition to our community. The brews were great. Brian was a great server, so very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the strawberry feta salad with chicken and the BBQ chicken sliders. Great place, great service, great food and spirits.

Last night I’m town for the Overland Expo and we wanted a simple but tasty meal. This place definitely delivered. Honey lager was light and fresh, and the cubano sandwich was great - pulled pork AND pork belly- very tasty combo. Nice big open patio that was super dog friendly, our waitress (who was fantastic) brought out the water bowl and everything.
