Alexis has been doing my hair for three to four years now. I was happy to hear that she transferred over to this salon. She has always been patient and kind when it comes to knowing how to approach new challenges. I've sent many people her way and have yet to hear complaints. This salon has a good variety of high quality products like Matrix and Pravana, making my life a whole lot easier! The salon is in somewhat of a random area, next to Albertsons, but it's definitely worth checking out!

So I decided to try this place out for the first time today. I made an appointment and specifically asked for just a brown root touch up, over the phone and in person, however the stylist did everything but that. She died my blonde hair to a terrible grey color which I didn’t ask for what so ever and my roots were bright golden yellow.... I was so upset I CRIED because I felt so ugly. Moral of the story, do not waste your time here, there are plenty of other amazing salons in downtown Redlands that know what they’re doing. So upsetting. :(
