Long line waited at least 30 min which is fine considering the situation but they didn't give me anything on the side, onion Cilantro hot sauce napkins or utensils I got my tacos with nothing and not to mention everything was cold Who likes carne asada that are super cold after waiting 30 + mins Not even the cheese was melted ugh

I've been going for a while for the fries the experience wasn't always the best they would forget to add items from time to time but let it slide because they would fix the mistake. This last visit I had a terrible experience with this woman cashier. I asked if they had shrimp tacos and we went to pay for them and the taquitos my bf wanted to try. she gives me carne asada tacos. I told her that's not what I asked for and asked for her to give me my money back on my card and has an attitude then she snatches the card and took 5 minutes just to bring me the card back. When she brings it back I tell her I don't appreciate you snatching the card and she says how and I tell her there is no need for your attitude either. It was irritating and I will not return with that service. On top of that the taquitos that were given were overcooked.
