Placed the food order via phone and paid at the restaurant. The food was ready at promised time with no errors. The staff was friendly and overall food tasted delicious. Looking forward for more Famous food in the future.

OMG! I had the “Feast for two” and wow my mouth was having a party at first bite! My first time having food from here and I will be back for more. Plenty of parking and outdoor dining available at this location. You’ll have to try it for yourself to experience what I did.

Our family love famous Dave’s, We order a lot from this very delicious restaurant from birthdays, anniversary and Christmas. We enjoyed everything they have in the menu .

Best BBQ locally. When I am hungry for BBQ there is nothing better then hearing the server bringing The All American Feast yelling "Feast! Feast! Feast!" you know your about to have a lot of great tasting BBQ!

I placed on order online with the general manager, Sergio, on Saturday for five o'clock pickup on Sunday. I called before leaving home Sunday to check if my order was ready. I was told that they were on top of the orders and it would be ready. Upon arrival, I give my name and the young lady goes to get my order. She comes back and says they don't have an order under my name and asks if it could be under a different name. I say no but give her another possible name. Again she leaves, comes back, and says no. She leaves again and returns with a different general manager (name forgotten) who is on duty. He checks and ends up with the same results...my order was not there. Sergio happens to be there and the two of them talk. Come to find out Sergio remembers the order and even has the order ticket...but had never placed the order!!! So I have to wait for my order to be made. My brother asked about a discount or something for the hassle incurred. The GM asks why with an attitude. My brother says because of the poor service and possible loss of customers. The GM says, "well that's up to you sir" with even more attitude. So needless to say, we will NOT return to the Redlands Famous Dave's ever again and will tell everyone we know about their terrible customer service.
