I went to the drive thru to get some ice cream. They took at least five minutes to even take my order and only one car was ahead of me and they were already at the window. I tried to make my order but the first three flavors I said they told me they were out of! So I decided to go inside since that would be easier than being told they’re out of every flavor I order. When I ordered my ice cream in there I ordered two scoops of ice cream. Then they tell me that they don’t have lids for their ice cream cups. You got to be kidding me now I see why there’s bad reviews on here. To top it off one of my scoops of ice cream had multiple big chunks of ice in it smh.

For the prices you pay for ice cream, this location serves up some super disappointing ice cream. Super sloppy presentation and not to mention, it seems as if they are ALWAYS out of a flavor I ask for. I will be going a couple miles out of my way to start visitng another location. Calling corporate and managers also seems to get you no where... They act as if they care and even offer to send you a "gift" to "win you back" but the said "gift" never comes and when you email them (twice) weeks later, they stop responding!

Absolutely one of the worse BR around. I don’t know how they stay in business. I went there to get sherbet and they said we don’t have any then I asked for a strawberry sundae and again we don’t have strawberry ice cream. Finally I asked for vanilla ice cream with strawberry topping and (yeah you guessed it) we don’t have any vanilla ice cream. I seriously wanted to say well what the heck do you have!!! I wish I could give it no stars... An absolute waste of time!!!!!😒🤨

We were going here almost every morning. However, none of the young ladies are friendly. No one is smiling in the morning. No one greets you with a good morning. And as much as we were going you would think they would remember us.... they don't. So needless to say we don't spend our money here anymore.... unless we are desperate. Sorry!
