Owner was super friendly, really helpful answering questions about the benefits of different menu options. We ordered the Chocco-Nut Banana Smoothie and Asis Acai bowl both were awesome. Definitely check this place out.

My friend and I got the açaí bowls before going on a hike. We both loved them and the nutrient rich ingredients gave us the fuel we needed for our journey. The folks at Asis were friendly and helpful - especially considering my friend asked a million questions :)

$9 for a disgusting small juice that wasn’t freshly squeezed. The juice I wanted the lady was too lazy to juice fresh for me. Also a lady with a face full of acne isn’t the best rep for a healthy food place. For half the price and way more options go down the road to “Roots” you’ll be way happier.

I really like this place. Chill vibes. I had the Berry Berry Good Smoothie and it was just what I needed. Staff was super kind. This juice bar has something I've never seen b4. If you know your blood type they can recommend smoothies particular to your type.

Super small and cute spot. The bowls are great and come with alot of options for toppings and multiple selection of healthy shots and juices. Sadly I'm on vacation and this is not local to me or I'd be here 3-4 times a week.

Wow this is way better vitality bowls .....super fresh products nice friendly smart staff and more so a super awesome owner..... If your from the area or just stoping by it's great location close to i five I5. And eveb was easy to manage in parking lot with a Chevy truck and trailer

Asis definitely ACED this, if ya know what I mean. I've been here twice now and boy oh Guy Fieri, am I coming back again and again and again to this small town flavor. Each spoonful is just like scooping berry-explosives on your tongue, where it ignites those lil suckers. If you want a healthier option that helps you beat this Redding heat, look. no. further.
