Kaleidescope Coffee

This little shop is an often overlooked gem even though they have been here many years. Local authentic crafted food and drinks do not disappoint. And they have a drive through! Menu prices are not accurate however. Grillers are listed on Google at over 15 dollars. Actual prices are 11.99 as of May 2022.

I had never been in but decided today to give it a go and boy am I glad I did. First of all the staff was super friendly and nice. Laughing and talking amongst themselves while never missing a beat with the customers. The atmosphere is great. Super relaxed and cozy inside and out. Not a ton of seating but today it was perfect. I grabbed a spot outside to watch it start to rain and eat my awesome chipotle griller (sans onions). It was great. Potatoes, eggs, cilantro, cheese and chorizo (and more but I don’t recall the rest) wrapped up and grilled. This was served with a spicy and sweet jelly that perfectly went with the rest. So yum! You need to give this place a shot. It is great!

Wish i could 6 star this place. Love to come here for the Mocha Fraps! Always try something different food wise, this time it was the Cordon Bleu griller and my boyfriend got the breakfast Ham Griller. They are 9.99 but definitely worth it. Lastly the customer service is always on point - they are always so cheerful and so very nice. Makes the expeirence that much better. You guys are awesome and thank you for all your service.

Stumbled upon this gem of a place while visiting Redding and for some reason, the place reminded me of Idaho. The best coffee I have had in the past 8 months or so. The rice bowl is yummy and perfectly blended - a must try... 1/5/22 update: I also purchased their medium roast beans from them which was not fresh/good. minus 1 star.
