Arby's is always pretty good as far as fast food goes, but this one has always been above and beyond. Nice employees and run very very well by Lewis. Gives good menu advice and always in a good mood. Favorite fast food joint in town.

This is the third time in the last month that o have received the wrong sandwich.
I order a classic roast beef. I have gotten a beef and cheddar. An onion bun and a chicken sandwich.
I will not eat any of these and do not want to go back out to return them. Just disappointed that I need to check my food before leaving from now on. I shouldn’t need to worry about that.

I was screamed at by the employee while trying to order food. I am an older gentleman and don't hear very well. The drive thu lady was very kind. even though I am hard of hearing. When I asked her to repeat something, an older man interrupted her and SCREAMED what she had said back to me. I like the food and service here but this is the second time I've had an experience like this . I feel bad for the employees who have to work with such a monster .

I love Arby's and for some reason I keep giving this location a chance, but good lord, the food is bad here EVERY time. Today, it was very plain that my fries were cooked in the same oil as fish, so...my fries tasted like fish. Disgusting. The bread on my sandwich was so dry it was hard to chew. I think at this point I just won't go back.

Slow. Order came out 10 15 minutes later and got a lecture of how to order on line versus drive thru. Inappropriate. Very narcissist of the manager to talk down to customers like they are children.
