Very good breakfast and decent service. May seem a bit pricey but portions are big so you could split many of the breakfast entrees or take leftovers with you. Neat surroundings so make sure you check out the historic St. James Hotel in which this is located.

This is a wonderful venue for outdoor dining. The view of the river is limited but the overall atmosphere and ambiance is wonderful. The food was delicious. I had the lamb gyro with a side salad. Luck and quality. We had a 9:45pm Scarlet reservation after a show at the Sheldon Theater. Even though it was before close, we essentially recieved private service and weren't hurried (of course we ordered immediately when we arrived). I ordered the Shepard's pie and the fried crusted cheesy polent
