I've never been more disappointed with a fast food restaurant. Ordered through the app and paid online to get the food at the drive thru. Got there and ended up having to wait 15 minutes in line as they were really slow. Before we got to the order location, I placed a second order, as I had forgotten an item. Finally arrived to the speaker, and told them about my two orders, which they found. Then they told me that I could only get one order. Huh? They told me I had to drive around again to get the second order. I explained that I just waited 15 minutes, and they didn't care. I went to the pickup window and tried to get at least my main order. I tried asking for my second order, and was told it was "corporate policy" that I couldn't get it unless I drove around again, then they shut the window on me! I waited and they gave me a bag of food and no drinks. I asked for the drinks, and they yelled at me again, until I pointed out that they were part of the first order. They threatened to take the food back! They started handing me drinks, but through the clear cups, I saw one was wrong. I finally got my first order and the correct three drinks. I again asked about the second order and had the window closed on me, so I drove away. We parked and took out the food. They didn't put in any of the sauces that I specified on the app. One taco was wrong, and all of the hard shell tacos tasted old and dusty-like! Thus was the absolute worse taco bell food that I've ever had, and my family was very disappointed. I had frequented this taco bell many times in the past and had good food and friendly service. I don't know what happened, but I will never eat there again. Luckily I was able to cancel my second order on the app.

Stopped in on the way between Job locations and met a great guy. Felix was working hard. He had a rush but was short a-lot of employees. He was doing it all. Food prep, making the food, and appeasing customers who were waiting. And all being done with a smile. He was under pressure and out of fine and he was still smiling and thanking his customers for coming in today and choosing Taco Bell. I’ve been to lots of Bells and I’ve never met a Felix before today. They are lucky to have him. Corp needs to know how this man took care of the customers. He lacked employees and never missed a beat. The customers were appreciative of Felix. Great Job Felix!! They are lucky to have you !! Happy new year !!

I called before arriving to confirm their closing time which was posted on Google as 6:00 p.m. This seemed early to me. I spoke directly to the manager and she said she was not certain when she was closing. I asked if it was 6:00 p.m. ( It was 5:45 pm). She was not certain. We arrived at 5:55 pm. They would not accept our order and turned us away. I had 3 very hungry kids. This was crazy!
