Was in town for a comedy show, accidentally bumped into this place. So glad we did!! Food was amazing and the young gentleman that waited on us was great! Will definitely stop by again, might make the drive just for dinner.
The food was excellent and the staff friendly and hard working. Among the four of us we had a Curry Goat, Ackee and Saltfish, Curry Chicken, and Jerk Chicken. Oh and I had a patty too. Everything was delicious. Nicely spiced. I seek out Jamaican food whenever I'm in a new city and this rates pretty high in my standards. Also the price was reasonable and the portions plentiful.
The food at this place is simply amazing. Authentic Jamaican food for all nationalities. Every time I go there, I get sides with vegetables and plantain which somehow makes their great food even better. Maybe it's like I am getting two extra sides without actually paying for them. Great food, Great people, Great prices, Great restaurant. 10+

First time trying Jamaican food and It was absolutely delicious, customer service was great . A young man took my order and he even went out to take a order to a customer who couldn’t find parking! Will definitely be coming back.

You MUST MUST MUST get the oxtails in browned gravy and the curry goat. The cabbage is seaoned perfect and holds its texture and the rest of the menu tranforms the total island home cuisine to a delushious home style meal.
Oan, the jerk chicken will have you going back for more!

Great food! I didn't even know this restaurant was in Reading. Finally saw the sign while driving to work and my husband and I HAD to try it. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious! We will be back. A LOT.
My goodness!!!! The food was so DELICIOUS! The four of us all agreed! We had Ox Tails & Jerk Chicken. The smoothies were just INCREDIBLE!!

This place was my first Jamaican food experience and the best one I’ve tried so far.
I came here around September of 2021
with a Jamaican coworker. I’m from California so I decided to do and try everything new while I was traveling and the subject of Jamaican food came up and I instantly ready to try it.
We went on a Monday to cherry’s and I didn’t know what to order 😹 I was so clueless until my Jamaican coworker had to tell me what to try.
I ended getting the jerk chicken and the oxtail and oh my god… that was literally a life changing experience. I’ve never tried jerk chicken before so when I bit into it my tastebuds were in heaven, complete bliss. The oxtail was so tender, juicy and fatty but oh so delicious. The rice… even the rice blew me away. I’ve tried all kinds of rice but Jamaican rice has to be my favorite so far. I would come here again if I was still in the east coast. Yeah it’s a little overpriced but you’re paying for quality after I’ve tried other Jamaican restaurants that weren’t so good.
If you want a great Jamaican food experience come here for a bite and leave fat and happy
In the area on vacation and found this amazing place!!!! Food amazing service amazing we got the jerk chicken and the curry goat. Rice and peas everything was so fresh tasted so good I picked up my order and took it back to the air bnb and it was the best food I’ve had
Stopped by this gem during the beer & pretzel festival 2022. Food is fantastic, service was fast. All four of us ordered the same entrees, jerk & curry chicken. So much food, neither of us could finish our order. We definitely will be back to try other menu items. Thanks for feeding us.....
My favorite thing outta Jamaica has always been Mr. Bob Marley... until now! I now LOVE at least 2 things outta Jamaica... just don't ask me which order I have them in;)
