Quick service, chips not very hot, chicken cooked properly and quite tasty.
Parking is a little hit and miss, we park in side road. Not easy for wheelchairs but it is accessible

The staff at this branch are amazing the lady which served me at the counter is a massive credit to this store I hope she's rewarded for her amazing customer service.

At first food was cold and bland even though I went in person and ate at the restaurant but I then gave them back the order and asked for a fresh meal and a couple of minutes later I got two great zinger sandwiches and the chicken was amazingly tender. I gave a four because they didn't give an attitude and made the necessary changes, but if I got that initial order via delivery, they would have gotten a two or three stars at best. My advice is food quality and freshness, and for fast food it's mainly freshness that is always important.

Lovely and tasty food and brilliant customer service as I also work from Sue Ryder a few doors down near Tesco. I usually stop by this place for lunch. The friendly staff all know me and I order the same meal on Fridays and a free popcorn chicken on the house as a regular visitor. Keep up the brilliant customer service ladies.

It's a small shop to comment on atmosphere IMHO. But the staff and their service is very good. And food so far whenever I have ordered from this KFC its always been enjoyable.

Staff is very hardworking and polite. I had to wait for my order but I had a chance see how good and hard the girls are working. I mean KFC lover for long time and tried all KFC in reading. I think shinfield road reading has been best one for me. Keep the good work and good quality off check going.

No drive through but convenient and a good number of free parking spaces around. Can get very busy especially with those pesky food delivery couriers. They should have a different counter for those as you have to wait when they are picking up countless number of items.

Excellent fast service, although very chaotic with all the deliveroo and uber collections going on, often getting pushed aside by them. They need to have better coordination for delivery drivers.
