Coconut Bar & Kitchen

We had a spontaneous lunch at Coconut Bar on a Tuesday. The atmosphere was quite chilled which was exactly what we were aiming for. The overall cost came to around £18 for two people which is very reasonable compared to the service you’re getting. Thanks to our server Jo we had a very comfortable experience overall. I know that the Coconut Bar gets quite lively during the evenings but if you’re looking for a chilled but high quality lunch I definitely recommend it.

Really lovely venue, loads of seating and really attentive staff. The food was amazing and quick to come after ordering. We went for a birthday celebration and then ok out own cake, they brought it out at the right time and sang happy birthday with us and provided plates, spoons and a sharp knife. When we were leaving every single member of staff, in the restaurant and behind the bar, thanked us for coming, it was so nice! We will definitely be going back to try out more from the menu! Great Lunch Menu with mains at £7.95! Great service on a Saturday evening as there are loads of staff! As always great food too!

I can't recommend this place highly enough! I thought it was just another bar from the outside but they are much more! Their cocktails are absolutely stunning! They also do food which we highly enjoyed and we were very impressed with how quickly the food came out. Huge compliments to the staff, genuinely can't remember the time where I came across so many friendly staff. Almost everyone welcomed us and everyone thanked us on the way out. Lovely vibes inside. We will be returning!

Amazing place to visit in Reading. We came here for bottomless brunch and had a great time. Excellent selection of food and drink. Staff are absolutely amazing, big shout out to Team Raj! Made a birthday feel very special, so thank you very much. Highly recommended place, always a pleasure to visit!
