Popular place with good old fashioned food with friendly, attentive service. Could use a little update/refresh on the interior.
Total gem of a diner, very inexpensive menu that doesn’t sacrifice on quality. I’ve never been here until today but the staff treated me like an old friend. Love this place
Good small eatery closing shortly after lunchtime. Breakfast menu consists of good food at good prices. The menu is not especially large and portions are slightly on the small side. It is a seat yourself place that can get busy so lining up and waiting for a table is not uncommon.
Unbelievable breakfast if you go there order the corned beef hash
Don't let the exterior of mel's turn you off. Once you walk through the door your greeted by a charming well appointed diner with great food and even better service. I just wish I lived closer I would be there every Friday.
