Coon Creek Smokehouse

This is my new favorite place. I wish I would have taken some pictures of the food. But we seriously devoured it all. We got a variety of items and they were all soooooo delicious. The chef is amazing. We had meatloaf with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy, Nashville chicken sandwich, fried chicken dinner, the brisket potatoe skins and to top it off the carrot cake roll for dessert. Absolutely to die for. I cannot wait to bring my family and friends. SUPPORT LOCAL ALWAYS 🥰

Can’t express enough how great this place has become! Service is outstanding and very friendly, welcoming atmosphere and staff. Food was amazing! Steak cooked perfect, Mac & cheese super gooey cheesy! Even the simple house salad seemed to be assembled with care and attention, not just tossed in a bowl. Must try the carrot cake roll!! It even smells great, and was super tasty!! Absolutely going back!!!

My husband and I had not been here for a few years and stopped for lunch today. Our food was excellent; fresh, hot and delicious. Our service was also exceptional. We had our server, and whom we assumed was a manager or owner, waiting on us. They were both very attentive and friendly. I went in expecting fried bar food (which would have been fine), but was pleasantly surprised with the quality and freshness of everything we ordered. Prices were lower than expected (in the current economy) for locally raised beef, seemingly local ingredients. We are expecting this to be a new favorite hangout. A little bit of a drive for us, but seemingly worth it! Well done CoonCreek! We will be back soon!

Met some friends here as a half way point for dinner. Hubby and I absolutely loved it. Service was fantastic the whole way through and I empathize that because....when we got there, only a few tables occupied, by the time we left it was packed and they were still on it with no problem. Clean, fun atmosphere, good drinks and food was the bomb!!
