They were actually reasonably quick today. Normally I wait 20 minutes for a coffee if it's morning rush. This time they hustled AND my coffee was perfect!

I've always liked Dunkin Donuts and still do. However I don't like the coffee lids. They allow the coffee to spill too easily. But I still enjoy the coffee daily.
Worst dunkin ever 3 people are working, front counter is closed and the line goes around the building. I swear I could serve more people faster with a french press now I am stuck in line and have been for 15 min.
Slowest place I’ve ever been. Pretty sure Molasses moves faster than anything here. You can be the only car in drive thru and still wait a good 20 minutes from start to finish.
