How delighted my family and I were to have had Lauren's remarkable lemon meringue pie. Her homemade crust was flaky, tender, and just the right amount of "not too sweet" to enhance the flavors of the pie. The lemon filing's slight tartness, bright-as-sunshine lemon flavor, and creamy texture was better than we've ever had. But the meringue topping; that was the crowning glory to this dessert. Lauren achieved a pillowy, almost marshmallowy texture that never got watery or loose. It had a delightful hint of vanilla and a perfect touch of caramelization on top, adding to its overall "wow". Truly, this was a pie we savored every bite of and one I know we'll both remember for a long time and be sure to order again! Thank you for your craftsmanship and artistry, Lauren!
I'm not a huge pie fan, but Lauren's pies have won my heart! I brought home the Carmel apple pie for a treat after dinner and everyone LOVED It! The crust is possibly the best ive ever tasted, and the flavor is so rich! They are seriously worth every single penny, if you have not tried it I highly recommend It! Also Lauren is extremely sweet and her customer service is spot on! Will definitely come again!:)

We haves went back 2 nights in a row! Excellent pie! The crust is the best I have had! So happy to have this in our neighborhood!
I've tried pumpkin and lemon meringue so far, and both are excellent. I look forward to trying more flavors! This pie shop is a great addition to the Canyon Lake neighborhood.
We loved it! Owner is personable and sweet. The pies are amazing! We had strawberry rhubarb and blueberry, and as another review said, the crust was fantastic. The price is right in line with what you'd pay in a restaurant, and the quality is better. We will be back!

We had a slice of the Pistachio pie and the Pecan pie. Both were so delicious, could tell they were prepared with the finest ingredients. The sweetness of the Pecan pie was just right, not too overly sweet. Will be back for more!!

Love fresh baked pies but these are the best ever, fresh baked strawberry, pecan praline bread pudding, 3xchoc cupcakes you name it they have it. And Cannolis. YUM
This is a cant miss spot if you're visiting rapid city. These pies are seriously sophisticated. Not just sugar bombs for the sake of being sweet. The technique and presentation is on par with what you'd find in a big city. We tried the namesake Pistachio Pie and ate every last crumb.

We were so surprised to find such a great place hidden in Rapid City! We bough lots of different breakfast pastires and everyone in our diverse group found something they really loved! Everything was great but I loved most almond croissant and our local host absolutely fell in love with the donuts. They said it was the best donut they had in years! And another person said that was the best croissant he had in the US. I guess it says a lot. The owner is a local and she is also the baker and the cashier at the same time. And she was very friendly and welcomig. We will be back to try the pies before we leave the city. Great job!
I do not have a sweet tooth, but this place might change my mind. I ordered the small pistachio pie and a pecan praline pie. Both were very good. I could eat a large pistachio pie if it were in front of me.
