Great A&W food! Service has always been good on average. As far as fast food speed of delivery services go, I would rate this location as neither fast, or slow - rather somewhere in the middle. No complaints from service here thus far. Employees were also average in terms of friendly service. Excellent food, and very much what I would expect from a taste reliable A&W experience. They do have a drive through.

Easily top 3 fast food places in rapid city. Food is great, prices are standard, staff are respectful. Can't beat the good ol American rootbeer

Two times in a row, the order was missing items. Each time it was the #2. Tried calling the store to let them know, but no answer. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
Pains me to write this but the food i did receive was delicious.
Maybe the staff should be more considerate and ensure the customers get what they order.

I got fast service and the food was excellent. I ordered the chili dog the chili was not spicy and had good flavor. You can get cheese curds instead of fries, they are basically mozzarella sticks. Very good experience!

Called ahead to ask a few questions and caught attitude. Also asked if the employees wore PPE and was told "yes". After a 45 minute drive we arrived and saw an employee standing behind the register with no mask or gloves. Employees are rude and liars. 35 year customer, never coming back.
