Might want to take freaky fast off your website. We've been having alot of issues all summer with online orders and various other things. How is a 4 hr wait for notice of order pickup fast. This is the worst yet, typically its been between 30 minutes to an hour but this takes the cake. Subway has better service then this. Would think a company like this would spend some money on their tech department.

Delicious! Sometimes the service is a bit slow. Understandably so. The pandemic, being understaffed like most, ect. Still, a job well done. Fresh, consistent, and tasty. One of my favourites. Thanks!

Had a regular BLT. Bread was over cooked, very little on it. 3 pieces of bacon on a regular sandwich. JJ has consistently been good across the country...this place 👎

I’ve been here numerous times and while the food has been just fine, the service is the slowest I have ever experienced at a Jimmy Johns. Each time, I have gone through the drivethru, long line or not, service is slow. They should not be advertising that this location is “freaky fast” because it is not.

Rudest people I encountered on my trip through South Dakota, including what seemed like the manager/owner. The food was awful - bread felt like it was leftover from the day before. The sandwich itself was dry and you could barely see any meat. I would never eat at another Jimmy John's.

4 out of the last 5 visits they messed up the order.
It’s not “freaky fast” when you go through the drive through but have to park and go it because the drink is wrong, the chips are missing or they gave you the completely wrong sandwich.

Like most sandwich shops, it's more bread and plant ingredients than protein (meat). They'll allow you to purchase double protein as they call it, but they use the fact that cheese has protein to double that up as well. Bottom line, you can't get the sufficient amount of meat on a sandwich that you would like, even when paying extra for it 🤦♂️
