This place is by far the BEST cuisine I’ve ever had. Amazing experience and the owners are the absolute sweetest people you could meet. Glasses were always filled, the spices perfectly balanced, very clean, and the atmosphere is everything you want when dining out.

Clean, bright, and elevated ambiance. Service friendly and gracious. Food was very good -- no complaints, whatsoever. There were even a few unique touches that set it apart from establishments offering similar fare.

The food was great and staff incredibly friendly. Good portion sizes for both appetizer and entre. The environment relaxing and clean. Our new favorite spot to eat!

The food was wonderful and there were so many options! Buffett is currently closed due to pandemic but they have a very large menu of options - Indian to Central Asian with some Nepalese specialties - as well as mixed platters to make it possible to try a variety of things. The menu descriptions are fairly detailed and the spiciness level is a question asked for most items mild, medium, spicy). prices run from 8-12 for appetizers and 12-20 for meals and mixed platters which seems quite reasonable for the serving size and skill in preparation. It would be a wonderful place for families, romantic dinners out, or a good place to meet an old friend and talk over 2 or 3 courses. Inside was very comfortable, good spacing and light, not too loud, with many beautiful decorations and carved accents. The owners and staff were wonderful - friendly, accurate, quick to help and quite fast food preparation. I would absolutely come back!

Ate here for the 1st time a month ago or so. I love curry and it was great! For me the “hot” was too hot, but the flavor was excellent. I did manage to eat the leftovers over the next few days. Would eat here again, maybe I’ll get medium heat instead! Fast, friendly, and comparable price to other restaurants.

The menu is very extensive, a wide variety of great classics to choose from with options for meats/vegetarian and all spice levels. Service was great and it is a nice, quiet atmosphere. Dishes are mostly served "family style" so its perfect for a group who wants to try multiple dishes and their selection of Naan is mouthwatering. We will absolutely be back!

I was surprised and delighted to find a Nepalese restaurant in the middle of South Dakota - who knew ! Lamb Samosas were huge, the ground lamb delicately flavored and delicious with Tamarind chutney I tried the Dal Bhat Tarkari in Thali, a kind of Nepalese bento box. The basmati rice rice was perfectly cooked and very tasty. I enjoyed everything on the platter, especially the green (spinach?) snd orange chicken - I don’t know the exact names of the dishes. I also enjoyed the things that looked like grapes but were a sweet soaked in honey Oh, and whatever that crispy baked thing was on top of the rice - yummy ! I’m glad I stopped here, while in the area for Sturgis

Me and my boyfriend and his kids took a camping trip up to South Dakota and we’re rained out one day back after a day full of activities and just wanted to sit down and eat somewhere. We originally went to another restaurant but the service was terrible so we decided to leave and drive a bit and seen the Himalayan Kitchen and decided to try it. We were all blown away by the amazing service and the delicious food. My partners food picky kid even tried the prawn curry and loved it. Hands down best food and Indian food we have ever had before. We are very sad that we were only visiting because we wanted it again the next day. If you’re ever in rapid city sd and you are looking for a good restaurant I urge you to try this wonderful place! The workers were very pleasant also.
