Review Malai Thai Cuisine - Randolph

The food was delicious, especially the crispy pad thai and thai iced tea. The restaurant was well decorated and quiet on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly and helpful, they handled our curious 6 year old very well.

It was my 1st time eating here,.. my sister suggested it. I loved the food , I thought the menu "covered all bases"/ something for everyone ! I'm a vegetarian so I look for that, especially . The waitress was as lovely as the atmosphere. I would definitely go again

Malai is the best Thai food in Randolph definitely recommend to those who are new to Thai cuisine. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the pad see you and chicken satay. Will be a returning customer.

Ordered here for the 1st and last time. I found a dead roach in the Cucumber sweet sauce and the Chicken Satay was RAW! Completely disgusting and unacceptable!!

Haven't been here before, and I only stopped in for coffee, but the place has a refreshingly wide open dining area, honestly, the largest I've ever seen for a Thai place, so that's something to be said in itself. More akin to a family dining experience at a Chinese restaurant, a la Kowloon. The setting and decor is immaculate, with choices authentically Thai accompanied by soft jazz; a sitting area with some of the most beautiful Thailand sourced, carved benches and a plaque on the wall to match, and the spacing has a symmetrical way about it that mimics Asian sentiment beautifully. I was welcomed by a sole waitress who was extremely polite and patient from what I could tell, and willing to suggest as I saw fit. Overall, typical expectation of a Thai restaurant, was pleasantly surprised by the decor and spaciousness of the environment. Check it out if you're in the area, really conveniently placed.

The people that own the place are super nice! But the food is not worth the price honestly. The food doesn’t have much flavor. It’s more like a convenient spot. I got the Sunny Chicken and it didn’t really have sauce on it. The scallion pancakes were alright but it was more oily & doughy than scalliony if that makes sense.

I have always love this place but felt little disappointed on my last visit. The rice speaking from an African person who cook and eat rice everyday was not fresh. The seafood entree was more veggies than seafood. Fried ice cream was wonderful as always. Wonderful service hope they pay more attention to what they serve on the plates.

Absolutely love their food! We even had my daughter’s 4th Birthday there once because she loves the food there too! Great place to eat both dining in or out!

Favorite place in town, hands down. Fast, lean, delicious food and friendly people. Love!
