Pho So 1

Pho was very good. Ordered numbers 2, 18, and 96. Server misheard and brought 2 of 18. We also got a lychee smoothie with boba. We still ate the 2 pho and took the chicken and broccoli (96) home. As an fyi, Chinese broccoli isn’t like normal broccoli, so if that’s what you expect you will get more leafy and thick stemmed greens instead. The portions are very large, we ended up with a ton of leftover foods, but I’m sure we will finish them at home.

Food tasted good until seeing multiple flies and beetles in the soup...the bean sprouts and mint looked clean so I guess they were already in the soup. Partner's soup also had multiple flies floating in it. Absolutely disgusting and probably should get checked by board of health ASAP...will never go back.

I rarely rate review for restaurants. But today I experienced unpleasant encountering that I want to share with everyone and hopefully the owner will be aware of. Today I stop by to buy a pan fried noodle and the waitress working there she yelled at me when I asked to place order. She did not great at me and had a bad attitude. She treated me like I came to beg for food. Would not recommend anyone to come here due to bad customer service. They need to work on that.

Last Monday I order food on the Fone and when I picked up my food I got a very bad experience. The customer service is so bad, horrible. The young lady is so rude and keeps blaming me that I order food and then cancel it which isn’t true and it’s not me. Later on, she find out she was wrong and handover the food but no sorry, no guilty. She was like yelling at me and keep telling me to listen. Never recommend to someone ever go there because of their customer service. PHO 1 GUYS give better service and be nice to your customer.!!

I ordered the shrimp with curry. It had a little spice to it, which I love. It was very tasty! The rice was cooked perfectly. The rest of my family had noodle dishes. I think it was #15 on the menu. Those dishes were very good as well. A little salty for me, but I was told by my family that this is the way it is supposed to taste. Pho So 1 is a popular restaurant but there was no wait time. A lot of people also came in for take out but there was no delay with our food coming out to our table. The eat-in and take out customers were multicultural (Asian, black, white) which I loved!
