The food is amazing. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. The atmosphere inside and out is nice. The staff was very friendly. The only negative was how long the food took to get to our table. As I said, you can tell they use fresh ingredients and it was crowded, so it is expected you may have to wait. However, the appetizers should have come out well before the entrees. The first appetizer came out with the entree and the second came out as I just finished my entree. We will be back! and I feel my rating will go to 5 stars.

Great food, great price and great service. Will be back again. This place seemed quiet for the time we arrived, but the customers showed up.
The server, hostess, and bus boy were all friendly and kind. It seemed to be a family type business. The service is something that should be everywhere, but is a fleeding trait.

We had an incredible meal at Norma's. Food and service were great. Spaghetti & meatballs were outstanding as was the cheesy garlic bread. Hidden little gem in Rancho Mirage, hope to get back soon!

My wife's first comment, "This restaurant is so clean!" All the people were so nice, like they really appreciated our business. And to top it off, the food was delicious! We started with the cheesey garlic bread and marinara dipping sauce. The bread was crispy, cheesey and really good. I had the Italian sausage with marinara (I requested spicy sauce) and angel hair pasta. Very flavorful, and the sausage wasn't too spicy. All the food came out piping hot, and our server checked on us regularly. I would love to come back and try their pizza. They have very comfortable booths, and a nice outside deck. Highly recommend!

This place is located in a mall. The food here is very good I recommend the meatball sandwich it was great the service was very nice and friendly. They have a cannoli it's very good obviously a homemade shell. My wife had a garlic mushroom and cheese pizza and she loved it

Had the bolognese, marinara pasta was pretty good. Thin crust pizza with onions, pepperoni, olives, and with the crumbled sausage which is the best don't like the big chunks. House salads were pretty good. For take out is was a pretty good.

Oh em gee. This is The Best Find for Italian food I have ever found. Food is amazingly yummy and flavorful. Best Italian Food I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. My honorary Sicilian status approves of Norma’s for the place to eat in Rancho Mirage and the surrounding desert areas. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Local Italian restaurant with family-size portions. Ordered pick-up from here during a mini vacation in Palm Desert, and it was a solid choice. The extra large pizzas are huge and tasty. The white chicken pizza was my favorite, as it came with a ton of cheese and white sauce. The mushroom pizza was another solid choice for those that enjoy partaking in funghi, and the pepperoni is a standard option. The pizza is like a NY-style. You can pay ahead over the phone and park in the spot in front of the restaurant; they’ll bring the food to your car. The workers were nice and efficient.
My one qualm is that I found a small piece of hair in my mushroom pizza (although no one else had this issue!). Overall, it was a nice option for a big group to pig out and indulge in a feast of cheesy goodness.

Everything was so good. I have to say, im very impressed with the cheese sticks. They were soft, and stayed soft; really soft mozzarella. The cheese bread was amazing, it was perfect.

This place is a hidden gem in the desert. Very good Italian food. I started off with the minestrone soup, very good. I ordered the spaghetti with marinara. The spaghetti was awesome. I can't think of better spaghetti I've had on the west coast. My family got a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was great and the crust was awesome. We will definitely be back. All of the employees were nice and great service. They serve warm fresh baked bread before your meal.

Very good Italian food in a comfortable, in a low key environment.
They have lunch specials of several different dishes. All lunch specials come with your choice of soda, or ice tea, and either soup or salad , best of all, you get a decent portion of food, for just under fifteen dollars.

Norma’s has amazing owners that are super friendly and make amazing food. My only concern was the amount of black olives they way over used on our pepperoni and black olive pizza. But other then that I highly recommend checking them out for great Italian food.

Wonderful home feel. Small cozy and super friendly. Love the authentic Italian dishes. My favorite is the Calamari and Pizza. Only thing I don't like are the paper straws. For Desert I highly recomend the Limoncello it's terrific.

Ordered garlic cheese bread, spaghetti and meatballs, fettuccine Alfredo, mushroom soup and cheesecake. All were delicious and better than expected. Service was so good and friendly owners managers. Going back tonight!

Hands down they have the best marinara sauce i have ever eaten. Nothing is complete without a good marinara and believe me, theirs is the best. Cream of mushroom soup was fabulous too. Service was great!
