I went during lunch time on a weekday, so it was not busy. I had the pleasure of having Miranda as my server! She was fabulous! I ordered a Mud Slide to start my indulgent lunch! It tasted so creamy and luscious. So onto eats! 2 pork rolls! Miranda brought me out 3 dipping sauces, bc I didn't know which complimented the rolls. Next was a bowl of egg drop soup. It was served in a big bowl with a ladle along with a smaller matching bowl. I could choose my serving and take home the rest. Miranda's attentiveness demonstrated caring. Thank you, Miranda!

Great service, consistently good food. We had crab filled Won tons, BBQ ribs, Mongolian beef and I forgot the last dish. Everything was delicious. Recommend.

We had a wonderful dinner here the other night! Gustav our server was great and answered all our questions! The lettuce wraps were delicious as were all our dishes! However the standout was the Brussel Sprouts…wow wow wow…if you are a tiny cabbage fan these are not to be missed!

We walked in close to closing, but they seated us very quickly. The waitress was very sweet and took our order and got our drinks. The food arrived super fast and was delicious. Even though we were the last ones left, they did not rush us. Food, service, and atmosphere were great! Would definitely eat here again. 5 stars!

Service was awesome. We were able to make reservations. The appetizers were very good. We had the dim sum (pork eggrolls, calamari, shrimp dumplings and dynamite shrimp). For the entrees we had pepper steak, fried rice and sesame chicken. They were all equally sumptuous! My daughter had the peach boba ~ and couldn't stop raving about it and the adults had the Tokyo mule and the Rising Dragon. The rising dragon was strong and sweet... just like I like it.

P.F. Chang’s is a nice place to eat. This particular P.F. Chang’s is located in an outdoor mall type area. Parking, as plentiful as it is, can be overwhelming. That being said, there are golf cart drivers and valet parking if necessary. Now on to the food! The food was delicious. It’s always consistent and the portions are plentiful. On this trip we have beef, shrimp and chicken. All were very good, and all were plentiful enough to have left overs. The food can be sweet so keep that in mind. The customer service is wonderful. The atmosphere is nice and dimmed lighting. There seemed to be more couples than families at this particular P.F. Chang’s. I would recommend this establishment most definitely.

First time eating at PF Chang's. Our party waited at the bar until our table was ready for seating. Wasn't too sure what to get so our we ordered a little bit of everything. Good times and good food. Service was great and employees were friendly.

Overall, it was a completely reliable experience. You get exactly what you expect each time. We got the Kungpow shrimp rice lunch, lettuce wraps, and hot and sour soup. Everything was good, but I had to send the soup back because it was served cold. Otherwise, it was fine.

my first experience here and it was SO yummy and then to top it off, everyone was super super nice. we didn't like a dish and they let us trade it out for something else. Camila was our server and she was the best :)

PF Changs usually delivers but I hadn't been in quite some time. Everyone always tends to love the honey chicken or shrimp; but this time, it was over saturated with sauce. Drinks were decent, we didn't order anything complicated. Depending on the amount of people, it is very easy to share plates at PF's, I do like that. We started with appis and the best to me were the spring egg rolls. Our entrees were: honey shrimp (2 orders), chicken pad Thai, shrimp & chicken Singapore noodles, beef and broccoli, and Mongolian beef. Everything came to the table hot and I think I sampled a little of everything. You can get fried rice for an upcharge, it was worth the $2. The staff here were nice and helpful in the ordering. Sitting outside there, when it's warm enough, is the thing to me. It has such a great ambiance - but it's far from the kitchen.

Simply some of the best Chinese cuisine I’ve ever tasted! The staff were very friendly, polite and service was great. The servings are enough to fill one up. But even if you over order just ask for a take-out box and treat yourself again the next day. The atmosphere and decor was friendly to the eyes and ears. So, go ahead, stop by and treat yourself to a fabulous meal well worth the price.

I really like PF Changs but there is so much noise at the bar. The servers bang the dishes and slam them into a bucket.
PS. the kitchen staff do the same thing.
Please : Management sit at the bar area and perhaps you can provide constructive feedback to your team.
Also the team in front of the kitchen (pick up food area ) are always yelling .. not sure if they are angry. Get rid of the garbage bins adjacent to the till.

From the Front Entrance to the Dinner Table, I was Impressed with PF Changs.<br/>I made a reservation online for 4 people. Shortly afterwards, I received a confirmation via email. We arrived 30 minutes early, intending to have a relaxing drink in the bar, prior to dinner. However we were told that our table was ready. The restaurant was very busy and queue's were starting to form at the front door. My friend and I ordered a draft beer and our spouses ordered the house merlot, which was a 14 Hands wine. My wife ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken, I ordered the Beef Á La Sichuan, plus the four of us shared a plate of Pad Thai. None of us had any concerns about the way the food was prepared and served. All the servers and greeters were extremely helpfull and friendly. This was our second visit, the first being last year, when we were taken to dinner by a relative, who had recommended PF Changs. The River shopping center, where PF Changs is situated, is a half hour drive from where we are staying for the Winter. We thouroughly enjoyed the dinner and we will be back.

Great place to eat!!!. The service was quick, food great. With all tables full and a 30 minute wait, we opted to eat at the bar and got right in.. We will defiantly eat here again!!!

Are you kidding me?. Why would you go here when you get superior food quality and prices at a real Chinese restaurant?<br/><br/>What kind of town is this that rates its highest restaurant as one that is a chain, with plastic menus? Seriously?<br/><br/>Our food was meh. Not spicy, largely flavorless and full of salt. I'm just blown away it's so popular.

The food is delicious and the prices are pretty good, given the quality of the food. Either arrive early or make a reservation, it gets very busy by 5. They could use a few more wait staff as they seem to be run a little thin. All in all a great place to eat!!

Love the food, so darn crowded. Many delicious foods to choose from. I try to come here around 3 in the afternoon to try to avoid the heavy crowds. Hey, it's popular, what can we say?

I have been to the local Dallas locations but I have never waited over 15 minutes to get a waiter to ask me what I wanted to drink. If someone from this locations staff reads this please take it as an opportunity to improve the speed in which your guests are attended. You would have had a happy guest in me but instead I ended up walking out before I was attended.
