The Edge Steakhouse

This was by far the best dining experience I have had in a long time. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, we were blown away with the service. First off, the staff was attentive, professional and efficient. They welcomed us with a welcome drink, followed by a welcome bite to start off our meal. My mother and I decided to split the ribeye due to its size and get a few sides to share family style. There was not one thing that we ordered that did not taste superb. The staff was also the perfect amount of attentive. They came to fill glasses of water without asking and cleared plates as they became ready rather than letting them sit. This experience was the perfect experience to celebrate my mothers birthday and we will definitely return when we are back in town.

Excellent night at the ritz. From the moment we hit the property we knew this was gonna be a epic meal, the host attentive friendly, the manager Daniel running this place like it should be done. The server Andrea professional one of the best in the industry. The bartender slinging next level cocktails. Hope, ty for cheese cake recommendation. The entire staff of the restaurant was next level. The food amazing, the kitchen didnt skip a beat and the best steak i had in years... ty

Amazing time at Edge steakhouse! Service was fabulous! Had the Chilean seabass which was arguably one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. Hubby had the strip, pricey, but also v yummy. Mashed potatoes were also amazing. Date cake to finish it off. Great for special occasion or splurge dinner. Sous chef Andrew came out and spoke to us at the end, which was a nice treat

Fancy, delicious, killer views of the city. Any restaurant that has valet parking has my attention. We went for our ten year anniversary and it did not disappoint. The food and drinks were excellent. We sat by the fire. They brought us a free dessert for our anniversary which was a very sweet gesture. My only slight complain was constant flow of jets going by (the flight path is directly in front). But other than that, it was spectacular.
