Review The Cheesecake Factory - Rancho Mirage

Man, I love cheesecake factory. Quality food at great prices. Very consistent. Wide variety of selections. The atmosphere is always amazing. Feel like you’re in a Vegas casino. It’s very grandeur. Always very comfortable booths and lighting. Lunch specials are always great. I usually get the crusted Romano chicken. It is always so good last time I got the combo chicken Madera, and steak Diane. Well, you know the dessert is spectacular. Definitely my go to with friends and family.

Took my office staff for a farewell lunch for one of our employees, who we will miss very much. What can I say, every item was superb and of course the cheesecakes were the best part. The calamari was fresh and crisp (not pictured) as well as the spinach and cheese dip (again not pictured), the entrees were delicious and the side of bleu cheese dressing seemed to have more cheese than dressing ( great with sweet potato fries) their ranch dressing was excellent as well.

You can never go wrong with quality at Cheesecake Factory. The food is always consistent. Our server, Janice, was attentive and friendly. She always checked on us and made sure our drinks was always full. Great service.

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! I love the burgers and beers from this place. The atmosphere is always friendly, and the servers are really nice. Don't forget to try the Cheesecake!

Fantastic, seated within 10 minutes, the waiter greeted and we ordered our refreshments. The food was delicious and fresh with great presentation.

Huge menu offering a little bit of everything for every one. This location is consistent with other Cheesecake Factory restaurants in terms of decor, ambiance and food quality. The menu is very large with a cheesecake section that will satisfy those craving desserts after dinner. We came here for dinner for a party of six. I called a few days in advance and made a reservation. It was a Saturday so I’m glad I did. When we arrived at 6pm the place was very busy. They seated us immediately upon arrival. We got a large booth inside. They also have tables outside overlooking the water too; very cool! The bar area looked impressive as well but we didn’t have a chance to get drinks. Everyone in our party was very pleased with our food but we were too full to have dessert. Our server was most excellent! This place offers a wide range of food selections along with quality service. I highly recommend it.

Food was great and service was good 👍 The only negative thing is that the restaurant wasn't busy and it took the host longer than it should have to be seated

I would have liked more fish, or at least consistent sized pieces, I assume it's all done by weight. The food was good, and everything was cooked perfectly.

It is said once they opened “ The Cheesecake Factory Bakery” at Beverly Hills, there was a line out the main door on Day 1 (opening day), 40+ yrs later the line has never stopped! So true… After waiting for a good 45 mins in the queue, we were taken to our table. Quite a variety in menu with an extensive dessert sections showing Evelyn Overton famous cheesecakes. We began with Strawberry Iced tea, Kiwi Mint Iced tea And complimentary multigrain chocolate bread, sugar dough bread with unsalted butter. Our orders : #Lettuce_Wraps (make your on thai rolls) we choose grilled Avocado with carrots, bean sprouts, lettuce & three delicious Peanut, Sweet Red Chilli & Tamarind Cashew sauces A fresh crunchy affair with greens. The charred taste of avocado, bean sprouts, crunchy lettuce & peanut from the sauce, sweet chilli and tamarind sauce was a riot for my tastebuds! #Everything_on_flatbread with Pepperoni, bell peppers, caramelised mushrooms, onions with mozzarella cheese. What an incredible taste. Thin slivers of pepperoni were devoured with in minutes. #Buffalo_Blast – essentially Chicken stuffed with cheese and spicy buffalo sauce then crispy fried. Served with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Oh! So Yummy chicken wings. #Classic_Basque_Cheesecake Unlike a New York cheesecake this is baked without a crust, a evenly baked top. A golden overcoat, underneath is cheesecake so creamy, intense flavoured, perfect density. It was served with fresh berries and syrup. A generous portion of cream to enlighten your experience. Food was extremely good, protions very large, a little bit overpirced, atmosphere was very nice and service was very good.

The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. What really earned the 5 stars from me was the service. Our server Janice A and she was phenomenal. She was not only attentive but she made sure our food was perfect and that we never had empty cups. Janice was truly one of the best servers I have ever had. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough to anyone in the Palm Springs area.

This was our first time eating at this location. We really enjoyed our lunch celebrating our daughters birthday. Food was great, and our server Celia T. was super sweet and was on top of everything. Always checking on us with a smile. Great service/food/atmosphere. The seasonal pumpkin cheesecake was also super delicious!

From the hostess to our waitress... everyone was super friendly. Service was fast. We received our appetizers and food very quickly. The drinks were great and the food was fresh, hot and sooo good. We went back later for cheesecake to go.

I enjoyed the apps much more than any of the mains we had. The we’re pretty inventive but constantly sweater than I would have expected. My fish tacos were bland but well prepared and nice fish. Food for the masses.

Great service, great food. One of the best cheesecake factories I’ve ever been to. The cell service is really bad in this location, but that’s not their fault.

Try going around noon, there was barely any people, so we got our food relatively quick. The server was super nice and professional. Pasta and sald were good, spaghetti could have had a tad more salt, but overall, it was very good. Get ready to spend a lot. the building looks like a castle We got an appetizer, two entries, and dessert.

Went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. After waiting 30 mins at our table I finally flagged down a member of the wait staff to see who our server was. She said she would find out. She went to the area where many staff members were hanging out and staters counting tables. After another 15 mins she came back and said she would get us started. After taking drink orders she came back with sprite and water and some bread. Yes just bread. She took our order and we did not see her again. We waited another 10 mins for bread plates which did not materialize. Finally my tolerance for the incompetence wore out. I went in to ask for a manager. No surprise it took him about 10 mins to come to the lobby and meet with me. He brought us bread plates and said he would exposure out food order. 30 mins later we go our food. As a complication he gave my daughter's free birthday cheesecake, which took another many minutes and she walked around with it in and out of the building multiple times baddie actually sieving the cheesecake to our table. Will never go back to this restaurant. And would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Beautiful place. Big and nicely decorated. A little dim light though but really good service. An extensive list of options on the menu. Food was good the cheesecakes also really good and one of the best nachos I ever tasted. Didn't like my Romano chicken though that much

You Know Your In Palm Springs When?. Had to gasp when we got our bill after getting some great appetizers at happy hour. The food was prepared fresh and was quite tasty. We ordered three apps for $5 each. Had the mac and cheese balls, road side sliders and Tex Mex egg rolls. Great deal for the amount of food you get. The sliders were surprisingly tasty for just grill top cooked. The buns had a nice buttery flavor obvious from the sheen glistening, simple yet good. The egg rolls had a bit of kick to them and were my favorite of the bunch. Mac and cheese balls were decadent. Finally the one sad spot was getting charged $6 for a sierra Nevada Pale Ale that needed to be chilled at a lower temperature. Yep a bottle of domestic beer costs more than 4 sliders and that's how you know your in Palm Springs.

The food and serve are always very good. Success comes from great food and reasonable prices.

Can't go wrong at C.F.. Super nice place. Great food always. My favorite dishes are the Mexican foods. Love the sweet corn cake side. Cheesecake is the best on the planet. Super friendly wait staff.

Awesome place!. This place is located in a really nice area and inside looks very chic and nice. <br/>They have a wide variety of entree's and lunch options on their menu. <br/>Very big portions and good quality of food. Always very tasty. The service can be a little slow because it's usually quite busy. <br/>The cheesecake which it is notorious for owns up to it's reputation. It's delicious and they have some unique flavours that are worth trying. <br/>It's a fun place for a date or to take your kids/family out. <br/>I would recommend and repeat.

Great Ambience and food!. This is a great location, amongst many shops, other restaurants and is beautiful as dusk.<br/><br/>Great food, as always, and offers a nice break from the heat, or patio dining when the sun is down.<br/><br/>You cannot go worng with Cheesecake Factory, except in Vegas.
