They had no frappes, smoothies, slushies, and soda. It appears that someone helped themselves to the sausage before packaging it up. Also, why do you have me take a table number so you can bring it to me then have me get up and get it anyways. Just say you’ll call me when it is ready.

Today, I went to get my lunch from this McDonald's. And I only had one digital card that I can use to pay, because my wallet was been stolen. However, for some reason my card didn't go through, even I'm 100% sure that card has enough money to pay for it. It was embarrassing to hold the drive through line. And Sofia, a young girl at the cash register helped me paid my lunch, I want to thanks her for doing this. And I want to leave this notes here, thank you Sofia. Because of what you did, been so kind and nice to others, making the world a better place. Thank you again. I will make sure I pay you back as well.

Extremely long wait times. Everyone seems very stressed out and not sure what to do. Last few visits took the better part of 45 minutes to pick up online orders. I do want to acknowledge the woman named Brooklyn. When I was there today a lot of people were standing around while this girl ran around and fixed everybody's problems.

This is the worst McDonald’s to go to first of all we’re in the drive-thru lane one waiting to get help they tell us to wait someone pulls up in lane two and they help them they go up to the window to get their food we’re still waiting to get help another car pulls up in lane two and again they get helped we’re still waiting to get help we are still continue to be told to wait at this point I decided to leave. I called the McDonald’s to talk to the manager to explain to him what happened he made excuses “oh they must’ve went to the bathroom” or some weird thing like that I can’t figure out why the manager would say something like that. Did not even care about what I told him. So my question is how exactly is the food we bad service like that you have to question what are you eating with your burger!

Worst experience at a McDonald's in a long time. I have low expectations. But yhey some how went and let me down anyway. Over 15 mins in line at the drive thru. Only to receive 2 inedible chicken sandwiches so much sauce that the sandwich wouldn't stay together, and a piece of chicken so dry it had to be sitting in a warmer for a min of 30 mins

i recently visited this location through their drive thru line and had no issue with the order taking or food i received. through the windows i noticed that they had the touch screen kiosks for ordering via the computer if you don't want to deal with an employee at the front counter. i did check my bag for sauces and sandwiches and they had put everything i asked for on the first time. i'll be returning to this mcdonald's in the future if i'm in the area.

Quick service, interactive games for kids tonplay with while we wait.
Front door was broken, told manager several times, no effort to correct ot fix.
I used a napkin to stop the door from locking
Several customers and staff had to knock on door to be let in.

My go to McDonalds when heading to high desert my fries were actually very hot and fresh and sandwiches were great. They are remodeling so drive thru only but super quick. This is the hwy 138 exit
