San Sai Japanese Grill

Giving two stars is being generous. First they brought me the wrong food, I told them it’s not what I ordered. Said oops, not even a sorry. Then gave what they had brought me to the table next to us. So they got rolls that had already put on our table. They bring my families food, wait 10 minutes still haven’t brought out my rainbow roll. Ask again In another 10 minutes. Then he says it should only be a few more minutes. We then watched 2 tables get their rolls that ordered after us. At this point I still didn’t have my roll, my family is done eating and I’m still waiting. Not cool. About 20 minutes later finally they bring it out. After all that my rainbow roll was awful. The salmon had a freezer burnt taste to it and the roll itself tasted like a fridge. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

Aloha! This place used to be San Sai but the quality of the restaurant has remained in good standing. Food is priced fairly and delicious. Sushi is always made fresh. Staff is always friendly and attentive. A really well managed restaurant. All my to orders are ready on time. I'm happy with this place.
