Souplantation

The overall experience was ok. The place seems very understaffed or not fast enough everywhere I looked I seen dirty dishes and people putting their dishes on other tables. But the food was just ok. My mom complained to the manager about the problem and gave us free passes to eat at the souplantation so it wasn't all of a bad experience.

Highly disssapointed. We got there around 12:30pm, coming out just now at 1:40pm, more than an hr, table of 5 people, and NOT once, did they come to clean our table. The lady kept walking past us, would look at us, and not stop. She would go to other tables, that weren't even full and clean. We had to remove our trays ourselves, multiple times. We were decent, not loud, not messy, but nope, not once were we asked if we needed anything. Food was ok, but needed more variety in the fruit section. 3 trays were full of nasty, almost rotten oranges. I used to love this Souplantation, now, not at all.

Have been here before - never disappoints. Wonderful selection of salad ingredients. Choose what you like for a flat price that includes soup, bread and desert; several varieties of each. Welcome to go back for seconds.The food is fresh and tasty. It was very crowded when we were there on a Sunday evening, a sign of its popularity.Prices are reasonable and children's rate as well as senior citizen discounts are available. Highly recommended and shall return.

My 1st time here. Our church members invited us for lunch. Salads were great, the pizza's needs more cheese, too much bread. Coffees run out & it wasn't filled right away. Restaurant was clean & services were good. Definitely need to work on getting the coffee filled right away but everything else is great.
