We have been coming here for a very long time. The food is always delicious. The service this time wasn't good our waiter was very rude and non·cha·lant. We love their Thai tea and will try to give them another try.

Location:Good, Parking:Good, Service:Okay, Food for price:Okay, Overall: This was the second time I have been here and based on the initial try I felt things had changed. The Service did take longer than expected, when one order was asked to be given as a take out they served it to the table. The spring rolls did not have the same taste as before. When the server was asked to bring water it never came. The main entrees seem to have less meat and more filler. I do not know when changes happened but I do wish they would go back. Until then I will pass on this place for a while...

Have been coming here for abt a year and a half nw. I really liked the food here bt as time passes things slowly changed. The quality has gone dwn. Nd i hate to leave such a bad review but because the issue has happened to me three times now nd i feel like i need to put it out their. 1st experience was a couple of months ago. Found a lash hair in my soup nd i dismissed the issue. Then their was Saturday. 3/19/22...abt 4pm to 5pm was when my husband nd i dined in their. my husband was eating his 🍜 nd pulled out a plastic wrap....then their was a dark thick blck hair in my soup...i tlked with the manager concerning the issue nd he quickly apologized abt the issue nd thnked me. Tht he was going to make sure it wont happen again. But never came to inspect the stuff tht we found in our food. So i asked what do we do? Nd he said no worries...no charge on the food nd tht was it...

Walked in and said "for 4 ppl pls". One of them yelled from across the room "any table". Ok so as we were about to sit another worker comes and asked how many people. We said 4. And she said this table is for 8. And had us move to a different table. So much for "any table". There was just one other table occupied in the whole restaurant so they very well know they were not going to run out of seating.

Very little english spoken here. Lucky for me menu was in english. I ordered the fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp, and a Ban' Me pork sandwidh. The spring roll was just okay, i have had better than ham and shrimp, low in mint and cilantro rathet thin. Peanut sauce was excellent. The sandwich was great as the bread was 100% correct. I will return to try other dishes.

As of June 2021 they're fully open! Delicious food, fast service and a great selection of food from their menu, even some non-Vietnamese foods like Pad Thai. The pho is phonominal, the bbq pork is tasty and the fried sole is crispy. Of course, the Vietnamese Ice Coffee is on point!

The worse experience ever.
Restaurant was bit messy and dirty.
Waitress took our order but forgot to place our order in their new handheld device. After 30 minutes and seeing other customers that came in way after us get their food we asked the waitress about our order. She told us it was coming out now. After another 10 minutes, a waiter told us that our order was never processed and he will place our order now. When I asked for a manager, the waitress and the cashier lady lied. No apologies. Terrible customer service and dirty.

Price seems to be on the high side now. I am not quite get use to $15/bowl of pho and $3/piece of egg roll. I guess it is not food for the low income like me anymore. Service is the same. Funny that Mexican helpers seem to be more polite than the others.
