Pizza Hut

I often take my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are great and the team is generous and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we enjoy a cheerful time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Absolute worst service from any pizza joint. I ordered a pizza that was on special, then went to pick it up. When I got home, I realized it was close to what I ordered, but not quite the same, and it was obviously very old. It was at least one day old. They decided to warm it up and pawn it off on me since it was so close to what I ordered. I called, but got no answer. I left a message, but got no return call. I emailed them, but got no response. I contacted the corporate headquarters, but again, never got to voice my complaint to a human. It is clear, all they care about is getting your money. Update: I was drug back to this dump again. Surprise! The charge on the receipt doesn't match the coupon price. They add on a "service charge" but, don't bother to tell you and, don't provide any service for that extra fee. Pizza was terrible too. This has to be one of the worst establishments in the Sacramento region.

First off the light for its sign is completely dark so you can't even see the place at night, that was the first strike the second was when we entered the store they asked if we were there for pick up , when we said no they completely ignored us. It took a few more minutes to have some other employee ask if we wanted a menu. We took it and then everyone working there kind of disappeared into the back leaving us at the counter waiting for somebody to ask us if we're ready to order or to even acknowledge that we were still there after 15 minutes we decided to go they don't want our business we don't want to give it to them... As for ordering online never had a problem so if I ever do decide to order from them again that's the way I'll do it but it made be sometime before we give them are money again.

I called to order pizza and was told they're franchised so they do not offer the same specials as any corporate stores without anywhere from an additional 2 to 3 dollars more. Seems like you're taking advantage of people. Judging from the reviews, everyone figured it out. The poor ratings are necessary here and not just for being unprofessional. The food was completely disgusting. It was the worse pizza I had ever had. The sauce smelled fishy and I didn't order fish. It was spoiled. The bread was drenched in grease. The cheese smelled like athletes foot. It was completely gross. I ended up in the emergency room off the little piece I had eaten. Food poisoning. Imagine that. Salmonella at that. Luckily for me I can afford a lawyer but this place couldn't afford a lawsuit, so, I did the right thing and decided to just never come back there again, and make sure all my clients in this area know that this place is off-limits.
