Subway

Visited the Subway 27468-0 on Saturday, 10/26 to order three foot long sandwiches. Asked about the freshness of the Italian bread and was told it was very fresh but it looked stale and crumbly. Same with the Herbs & cheese bread for the other 2 sandwiches. The worker cut the bread with a dull knife, which basically ripped the bread apart. One worker was trainee on her first day - understandable. Asked for extra tomatoes, and got 1 extra slice until I asked for more - trainee was learning the names for all the sandwich ingredients - that’s ok. 1 sandwich not cut in half and all three were falling apart when we unwrapped them 10 minutes later, mainly because the bread was falling apart. If they are making the bread on-site, maybe something is wrong or they made too much and it was actually stale. There was a man (homeless?) sitting at the table in front of the restaurant entry door, blowing his nose directly on the ground. This Subway has a problem with customer service, and making sandwiches consistently according to expected Subway standards. I know Subway HQ will say all the locations are franchised and independently owned and operated, but they need to work on their image and quality control. I won’t return and others can make their own decisions.

I CAME IN ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON ABOUT 3PM. Great ! fast , friendly service with a genuine sweet smile. Very conscious on getting my order correct with asking me details toasted and or Heated bacon and my vegetable preferences. I've been to other subway places before and didn't love them nearly as much as I love the service here. Best tasting subway ive ever had. They were even great when I asked for some more napkins please...which others locations aren't so nice about. So luckily this store gave me hope that subway is great. . The corporate office should take lessons from the these two girls at this location even the owner was friendly too. I'll be back thanks to them. THANK YOU Very much!!!

Paid for extra ingredients when I ordered through the app but did not hardly get anything extra on my foot long. :( Asked for just the meat to be heated before they put it on the sandwich and my sandwich is completely cold. Just because you can't see me order doesn't mean I deserve any less level of customer service.

This place is disgusting. While making my sandwich the girl dropped the oven tray on the ground along with my sandwich. She preps another sandwich and then places it on the rack that fell on the ground. I asked, didnt that just touched the ground. She said do you want me to wash it? I was so disgusted, i walked out. Dont eat here!!!!!

It's Subway what do you expect nothing is fresh you watch them open the supposed to be fresh produce out of bags and boxes before adding them in the bacon and chicken look very weird probably cook months before sitting in a fridge waiting to be opened out of their bags I don't recommend you're looking to spend money on a sandwich that has more vegetables and meat on it they literally don't even put an ounce of meat on your sandwiches paper-thin slices of the meat
