Good fresh sandwiches and coffee. You can order from your phone app, kiosk, or the counter if you like to talk with someone.
The staff are very friendly and they make your food promptly.
I ordered a roasted turkey sandwich and the ingredients tasted fresh.

Went here today and absolutely loved it!! Super spacious, there was a lot of people yet it wasn’t loud (like Starbucks no shade) but it had a very peaceful vibe to it. The salad I had was amazing it was the balsamic berry salad with chicken pesto on the side & a holiday spice latte. The holiday spice latte was not my jam at all but everything else was amazing! I wish I would’ve asked them to heat up the chicken but my overall experience was a 10/10 one of the best coffee shops in Rancho that’s for sure. Definitely will be comming back:))

Rancho Cordova's best kept secret! A great place for a hot drink such as coffee (Pete's) and a breakfast snack on your way to work. The staff was friendly and the place was spotless! Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. I recommend taking a day off from Starbuck's and try Specialty's.

Clean, warm atmosphere & great staff. I arrived to early for an appt and decided to have a coffee. Layout is large open plan space with abundant natural light lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Great variety of sandwiches, cookies, snacks and drinks. All sandwiches are served all day long and completely customizable. If your having a busy day you may order your food & drink and prepay and come in for pickup. For large groups they offer catering via the website only.

Amazing bakery items! I came here to pick an assortment for an account and i tried their spinach and cheese croissant and I was amazed. Good crunch and not overly salty. Another person said it was the best scone they they had. Would highly recommend. Pricing is average but worth it.

I love this place. Great baked goods and cafe. The place is huge with tons of seating and is clean! Its hidden away from neighborhoods but is packed for breakfast and lunch due to local businesses. Any other time its pretty empty. Making it my favorite place to study. Most tables have a surge protector so you can charge your devices. There is also a lounge area with soft love seats and a sofa.
