Togo's

BUYERS BEWARE This store has completely fallen off the mark. From the lack luster customer service, to the food. It was missing on all cylinders. There were 2 employees. My server was curt to the point of rudeness, and the other was a sandwich making zombie. She never looked at me 1 time and was slowly making sandwiches for I assume was a mass order. I ordered 3 sandwiches. A turkey & avocado, a hot roast beef, and thier signiture pretzelrami. The turkey avocado was all veggies no meat, which was the actual theme for all the sandwiches. But it gets worse. The other 2 were nuked all to hell. Because they were hot sandwiches, thier method for heating them is to microwave them for 2 minutes, killing the meat with dry parts, and making the bread into a rubbery mess! The pretzelrami was so greasy it was inedible, and the roast beef was flavorless and hard. Now I have been here before covid and it WAS the best sandwich place in my opinion in N. CAL. DO NOT GO HERE. The employee's are different and with that comes terrible customer service and worse food.

This was the first time that we had gone to this Togo'sI ordered the pastrami sandwichAnd she hardly put any meat on it I've never gone to a Togo's before where it wasn't filed with a lot of meat. She put maybe 2 tablespoons of meat. On a 9 inch sandwich. I live close by this Togos but I will never return

Togo's is a treat. In my mind, it's the best sandwich shop around. I usually go with turkey and swiss on white, but everything on the menu is great. The sandwiches have that distinctive deli sandwich flavor that is a combination of the fresh bread, condiments, and produce, complimenting your choice of meat and cheese. You've got to get the peppers though to keep it real. Of course, they have great hot sandwiches and great salads too.

I usually really enjoy Togo's. But the owner operator at this particular establishment was the most rude individual I had run into in awhile. He made a mistake on my sandwiches so I called him back to tell him and he wouldn't hear anything I had to say. Kept talking over me and raising his voice and began to insult me... Little does this angry meager of a man know that I have lots of co-workers that will forgo his business.
