Jimboy's Tacos

This is one of the best Jimboy’s Tacos I’ve ever been to! The staff is on point. The ownership seems to have a lot of pride in keeping the place clean and ensuring the food quality is fresh and delicious. Staff is very friendly as well. I wish all Jimboy’s Tacos had this level of care in their business!

Terrible service, lackluster food, online order was made wrong (still seeking a refund) I've been coming to Jimboy's since I was in a booster seat - and now when I only eat out maybe once a month I go places where I recall great food. Not the case anymore. I was the only person at the counter save for one employee (presumably on break in the dining area) and even asking 'pardon me' got no one's attention for 5+minutes? They were within 10' so no real excuse and the employee in the dining hall should take a good look at their own character if they're someone who cares about customer service or just clocking in and out. Too bad the next time I consider visiting will be for the refund on my messed up order and that's about it. *Edit: thanks to the owner for reaching out - I will touch base with your info email.

First time but the ground beef tacos were good. I expected something like Taco Bell or Dell Taco type of crunchy tacos but the were the deep fried in house shells which taste the best. What set it more apart was the shredded lettuce and crumbled mexican cheese which gave it more of an authentic mexican Taco. So tacos are good and they don't skimp on ground beef like others. The Taco is full. However I also tried the Tahoe steak burrito and which not bad was not impressive. Steak did not have much marinated flavor and all the flavors overpowered the beef flavor. Like I said it was the first time and I usually give anyone the benefit of the doubt. So will be trying again this week.

Probably the absolute slowest service I've ever had at any "fast food" establishment. I was 2nd in line in the drive thru and I spent 10 minutes at the order board to have them finally take my order. Not to mention the guy was hot mic'ing the whole time while talking to coworkers and grunting loudly. Once I actually got to the window it was another 5 minute wait before they incorrectly charged me for my meal. Even after saying that the total was too much, and having 3 different people tell me it wasn't. To show me that the charge was correct, they presented the receipt where I showed them the extra $3 for a soda I didn't order. They handed me cash in hopefully the correct amount. I really wish there was another Jimboys close by, I do love the food, but the prices and inadequate service makes me regret it every time I go there.

Hit and miss with this location. Sometimes the food is excellent and other times they forget items. They've been running low on containers and cups lately, handing out different containers and sizes are smaller than they should be, specially the cups! The people are usually friendly, but every now and then you get one that's not rude, but not friendly either. Always check your bag before you roll off!
