You have to be kidding me, we get our order and my wife’s sandwich is made wrong. She told the associates it was incorrectly made with yellow peppers and missing olives. No big deal right, just remake it? Nope, guy gives her some olives and she digs through the mess of mayonnaise digging peppers out with her fingers. Pretty sure the order has the exact ingredients on the bag!! Took a picture of the sandwich and bag just to ensure there’s no arguing this. Pics taking a 1:17pm Oct 7, 2021.

I love their sandwiches, but be sure you arrive before 6:45pm. They will not make sandwiches even though it says they are open until 7. Why even stay open when you are not willing to sell sandwiches? What's the point of having hours like that? Just lock the doors and close at 6:45 instead. Very frustrating.

I wanted so badly to give 5 stars! We traveled kinda far because the location near us closed. Sadly my craving was left unfulfilled. A few ingredients were left out (we paid for avocado and didn't get any) and we're not confrontational so we just dealt with it. The sandwiches need to be made with more love, I'm not sure how else to say it. The fries were delicious though! And why can't we just sort of "build your own"? I suppose some meats are more expensive but I'm willing to pay the extra cost. We'll definitely try it again, I'm sure, but it was just a bit of a let down this time. I'll edit in the future if/when we give them another try.

I've had meatball subs in MANY restaurants, but this was the BEST! The bread was nicely crusted, the meatballs were flavorful (very exceptional), the pesto was a tasty addition, etc etc. By contrast meatball sandwiches offered elsewhere are uniformly bland ... or almost bland. If you've ever tasted a truly tasty meatball before, try a whole sandwich full of them, here. Highly recommended. BTW go before 10:30am or after 6pm when the summer days are more comfortable.

I had a good meatball hero sandwich here. Not the absolute best I've ever had but tasty and for the price a good deal. Large enough to be filling. The bread was fresh, light and crusty. The marinara sauce was good and the meatballs very dense and juicy. The pesto addition sounded good but I thought it kind of muddied the other flavors. No indoor seating for Covid-19 but there are some tables outside. Staff was friendly and efficient. The place was very clean. You could do a lot worse for a hot sandwich.
