Review Anthony Francos Pizza - Ramsey

Hats off to Anthony Franco's, Ramsey. I recently catered a party from A.F. and hoped for the best. They were recommended to me by a family member. I was PLEASENTLY surprised by the quality and quantity of food that was provided. The person at A.F. was helpful in directing me in selecting the food. The food was delivered right on time, and my guests were very happy with the food. I highly recommend using A.F. in Ramsey for your next party, you will not be disappointed. I give them 5 stars!

Let me start by saying that I have been ordering delivery from the Ramsey location 3-5 times a month since 2019 when I moved to the area. Before that from the Paramus store. This place is honestly hit or miss, but normally I let it go. Not tonight.I ordered a WELL DONE pie at 9.25 PM. I was told 30 to 40 minutes which makes perfect sense for a WELL DONE PIE. I'm at least 8-10 minutes from the restaurant, and not 15 minutes later I get a knock at the door. Long story short? This pie was an under cooked, Ice cold rubber biscuit. When I called to complain, I was confronted by the actual guy who made it. He proceeded to challenge and preach to me that the pie WAS cooked properly, and that he has been making pies for 13 years. My friend; I don't care if you have been making pies for 13 minutes ( like mine). No one is perfect, and this time you messed it up. Insead of apology and owning it, I got a bad attitude from you. The owners should be aware that you lost a good customer tonight because of it, and anyone who may have been a referral from me down the road. Your pie guy needs to work on his communication skills or perhaps let someone a bit more diplomatic deal with the customer grievances. BTW; I never heard of ordering a pie EXTRA, EXTRA, WELL DONE. Are you serious guy?

We absolutely love Anthony Francos! Greg and his team are wonderful and happy to see you every time you walk in the door. With their variety of pizza, sandwiches, apps, salads, etc. we make AF a weekly night out. They’ve been wonderfully accommodating with catering. And my sister-in-law’s favorite gluten free pizza is right at Anthony Francos!

Anthony Franco's caters our lunches a minimum of once a week. Lunch is always delicious. They have great selections and food products are high quality. The Ramsey location is always attentive to our catering requirements and Delivery is always punctual.

My family has been going to the Paramus location for many years, as it os closer to home, but have only good things to say about the Ramsey location as well. We all love the food and have never had a bad meal. Greg and his staff always make our family feel at home and they all treat us very well! We highly recommend Anthony Francos Pizza to everyone in this area!

Anthony francos has the best food in the area. All around great restaurant whether its for lunch or dinner. Their entrees are delicious and affordable. Their service and staff are great. We also have them cater a lot of our parties and no one is ever disappointed.

Anthony Francos was great! We ordered several pizzas for a party. We were able to place the order with ease, the pizza was delivered right on time, and it was delicious! Highly recommend!

This is how you deliver pizza??? I have a working doorbell, my phone works or he could have knocked. BTW... I've ordered from you for years. I get the lack of drivers/help, but this is just uncalled for!!!
