The Banks Road location is the absolute best! They always have fresh food and are very customer friendly. We have been to many other locations and this one stand out from any we have visited.
Zach was really helpful, I’m a manager and I think he should be promoted to managerial role based on his performance and kindness towards people. I saw him helping so many people at the same time while keeping a positive attitude. Give this man a raise.
Food was hot & the service was the usual for a drive thru these days. What I didn't realize is when I got home there was no salt on their fries. They were very plain. If they've stop doing that then they should remember to ask is you want that on your fries!!
Bojangles is one of the last few fast food options that I like. Always fresh biscuits, crispy chicken, and the best sweet tea. Always a treat in moderation.
