I used to go to the Burger King on Tryon Rd. However, there was always something wrong. Most of the time in drive-thru they would take forever to take my order. This location is a little out the way, but their customer service is good, the food is fresh like I asked. The storage manager Megan was friendly & met all the qualities for how a fast food restaurant should be..keep up the good work 👌🏾😌

Food is typical BK , very good fast food. Recently renovated. What makes it good for me is the drive thru lady is very friendly, efficient, and warming. Great service.

I've been here twice so far, service has been very friendly and fast both times during the evening hours.
Food was good too, though I've only ordered their fries. Somehow burger king is the one of the only fast food chains left that can produce consistently good fries.

Got drive through, workers were extremely friendly and pleasant. Almost made me want to park and sit inside. Food was standard, got an impossible whopper and onion rings. Had to drive for 20 mins before I could eat which didn't help.

Customer service is amazing but overly crowed. Only thing bad I can say was that they didn't have much of a drink selection to choose from... They were out of a lot of options and only had about 4 drinks to choose from..
Update.... I have stopped here a few more time since. I only go in store. the customer service is always amazing but they do have an issue keeping the soda machine stocked.
