I literally spent 40 minutes in the drive thru line tonight, spent almost $30, just to see that I had gotten the wrong food and it was cold to top it off. This was supposed to be the new Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger with crispy onions. I don't know what this is, but it's HORRIBLE and I only got a half a piece of hard bacon and no crispy onions and no cheddar sauce. I don't know why I keep torturing myself by coming here.

So we got Wendys at this location this evening. I got my usual: the Apple Pecan salad, with no pecans. Their service has not been good, especially lately-but more so, missing items out of our order, etc. I had pretty much eaten most of the salad when I had come across something hard I had bitten into. I immediately spit it out thinking “WTH was that?!” A dang metal staple!!!😠😡🤬

Waited 30 minutes with only 6 cars in line to get a strawberry frosty. The workers inside were rude and moving at a glacial pace. I get it's a fast food job and not solving world hunger, but you're still getting paid to at least do an adequate job. Oh, and the frosty was made with curdled milk so it wasn't even edible. Will not go back to this location.

Waited for almost an hour in drive thru. My kid wanted Wendy’s.
Wendy’s needs to audit and perhaps rescind the franchise.
They had maybe three guys working. I was giving them a lot of leeway. I reiterated my order three separate times. Twice at the speaker, once at the window.
They not only still got it wrong, some items were cold, some were hot and the soda was almost without syrup.
I’d like to say it’s because of Covid, but this site was terrible before. I was hoping that had changed. Obviously not.
Definitely not worth even a minimal effort.

This Wendy's is consistently very slow. So many fast food places have figured out how to speed up the drive through line during the pandemic, why can't they figure it out?

Food was alright. Service was slow. We were in a short drive-thru line for 20+min waiting for food. While trying to order we sat there at the menu waiting for anyone to even acknowledge we were there. Once we got to the window we heard people yelling at each other and complaining a lot.
One employee had nails that were 2+ inches long. That should not be allowed while working in food industry as you cannot wear gloves with those nails or properly clean your hands.
We will be avoiding this location.

Their employees are just straight rude. Reaching out for a card/cash without even looking at you or telling you the total. Just abandoned the drive thru after I ordered a couple items, didn't say the total or to pull up or anything. I didn't even know if they got my order or not. After a couple minutes of sitting there still saying "Hello?" They just rudly said "pull up" and nothing else.
I won't be coming back to this establishment. I hope their manager gets rid of the problem people here...

They are EXTREMELY SLOW!!!!! something needs to be done waited about 20 minutes in line outside with them just talking over the headset, and drove up to the window and sat there for like 7 minutes or so then I just left no one would help me or anyone behind me, they took their sweet time, all need to be fired even the manager on 6/13/22 at 5 p.m. whoever worked then doesn't take their job serious enough, you have people waiting on you all! DO YOUR JOB!
