UPDATED 26 November 2023: Burgers are great! So many toppings and options it's hard not to hey a good burger the way you want. Fries are always good - and they give you a lot of them, plenty for two people.
Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Today I got the little (single) cheeseburger and it was the perfect size for me.

If you're looking for a good smash burger, this is the place. Regular burger comes with two patties which are decent sized! If you're not that hungry, consider the "little" which on a single burger. Plenty of toppings to put in your burger.
Five guys are also known for their fries. Again, good portions. Fresh made fries made from potatoes direct from a farm!
Did i mention they have milk shakes? They do and they're delicious!! Gotta try one (or two) is these.
Staff at this location is very friendly and helpful, checking in with us to make sure our meal was what we were expecting.
Only have it for stars because of the price. It's not cheap. Between my wife and I, the total came to almost $35. We split fries and she got a milk shake.

I love five guys. It’s one of my favorite places. Burger tasted great as usual. I just wish the staff was more professional. I think one of the employees was on drugs and was yelling when I was ordering and interrupting the cashier.

I don't know what makes these burgers taste so good but I do love them. Plus, the fries are fantastic and a medium fry will feed two people no problem. And if you like peanuts, don't forget to grab a few and sit down and eat them while you're waiting for your burger, they're free!

We liked it. It was not everything we thought it would be. Everyone talks about 5 Guys, and we were expecting something extraordinary. It was good, but it was just a burger and I can't fathom ever paying $12 for a burger again that doesn't come with fries or some kind of something. Our total came to $29 and change for 2 burgers, 1 fry, and 1 drink. Just overpriced in my book, and wouldn't see myself going back for that reason. They still get a good rating because it is good, but too expensive for me.

The burgers and fries are great....best in class I'd say. But the cost is hard to justify. $40 for 2 bacon burgers, 1 regular fry order, 2 sodas. I know it's all expensive these days, but this feels a little excessive even still. Likely won't go often.

I just really want to should out the management team here. We had an issue with an order and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the solution. In an era where customer service feels like it's slipping at times, it really made me happy to know that I enjoy delicious food from such a well ran establishment. Thank you again!

We love Five Guys, this one is the best in Raleigh. We always dine in though because we've been burned by messed up orders when we get take out. Overall it's consistent and clean. The prices have gone up recently so we go sparingly.

Always hot fresh ingredients staff always friendly and polite. Service is always fast prompt. Never disappointed with food. They also serve veggie options and all beef hotdogs.

Always love the burgers. Big, juicy burgers and plump hot dogs. My friend is vegan, so she had a veggie sandwich. So nice to have that option. If you get fries, share. One small order is enough for 2.

Food was great! I ordered a Double Bacon Burger with only ketchup and a chocolate milkshake. I did not get a meal or combo. Order total came out to $13.29. Fairly pricey for just two items. Order was correct and came out quickly. Restaurant was fairly clean; a little trash on the tables and floors. Otherwise, good overall experience.

I love this Five Guys and have been eating here since it opened. Best one in the Raleigh area in my book. Very clean and the staff are very nice and food looks awesome đŸ‘Œ.

There’s definitely a reason why this place has such high ratings. I met the sweetest woman who just started a couple weeks ago. She took my order over the phone, checked on my food for me, and provided excellent customer service and conversation! Love her. Love it here. Definitely coming back!

It's good but very pricey! But they are generous with the $6 fries, comes in a large paper cup. You get 2 hamburger patties on the burgers & you get unlimited # of toppings. We like to add grilled mushrooms and onions, along with tomatoes & lettuce.
