Very friendly workers and good service. Sometimes the ice cream machine doesn’t work, but it was working today. Nice patio area outside. Needs some updating, doesn’t really fit the updated vibe of the restaurants and Starbucks adjacent.

I like this location because of the service. The food is usually fresh and correct. The cashier working at the time of my last visit was SO friendly and kind to my daughter and I, which is more than I can say for most fast food restaraunts. So if you're looking for a quick bite check out this location!

Cashier was friendly. Bagging person was upbeat and all smiles. Food was hot. Lost star not because of them, but McDee app for free fries didn't work... And that was what brought me in, so not happy about that.... But bought anyway and they were fresh and salted just right!

Food good, but must have new employees who apparently are not paying Attention. My last three orders have not been what I ordered and paid from missing the hashbrown, tea sour, ordered sausage mcgriddle but getting sausage biscuit etc.for and,trying to get someone on phone is like being put on hold then being hung up,on after waiting 20 mins.
Drive thru windows are,supposed,to be fast, some days it's taken 15 mins to go thru, big orders need to go inside, more than 2 orders at the,window inside, if order,not ready put them to the side of window, next. Two windows, give orders out of both.

Stefanie makes this the best McDonald's! There is a lot of construction in the area & there were not a lot of kids at this location, but she made me & my kids feel like we were visiting an old friend! I definitely see management potential, as she was extremely knowledgeable in questions I asked and very personable!

McDonald's almost never gets 5 stars from me, but the staff here impresses me in a very personal way. The manager must be very nice and professional, and most importantly treats the staff well.

The service was excellent, the manager was very helpful with using my tablet to order my food. The way the quarter pounder was cooked was great. It was juicy and reminded me of cooking on my own grill The restaraunt was located on Hillsborough street by Harris Teeter. I was able to use the tablet to redeem coupons off the web site to help me save money

I've never had a problem with this McDonald's. Order is always correct, customer service is top notch. I wish the other locations in Raleigh ran like this one
