It's a Waffle House, how can you go wrong?
The restaurant is kept clean. Social distancing measures are in place.
Staff is friendly, quick service.
Did was excellently prepared today!

Best, most clean, nicest waffle House I've ever been to. Cooks changed gloves immediately after handling chicken, the crew has a really good dynamic that's nice to have in the background. Prices are reasonable and the waffles are down right delicious.

Usually this location is very busy packed in the mornings. Today it wasn't and we got to order right away. We were happy to have such a wonderful server! Michele was awesome, helpful and friendly. She made sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast was very good except for the waffles. They were tasted dry and overcooked that the waffle was very crunchy.

I had the best experience at this location. Shari was the loveliest person I have ever met. You can tell she cares for the customers and highly values her job. She was very helpful and because of her alone, I will be returning to this location on a regular basis. I must add, the food was excellent, hot, and made to perfection! I don’t know the name of the man who cooked it for me, but thank you for making my first cheesesteak hashbrown bowl to perfection for me! I also enjoyed the positive vibes that filled the restaurant. Smiles everywhere! Y’all are incredible. Thank you so so much. See you soon!

Been a few times to this location since Cary is temp closed and our last two visits we have gotten Carter as our waiter. I am not sure how he stays as cool as he appears while washing a pile of dishes, staff and customers all over and just handling his tables. For example, there was an issue with a customer and another staff member, the police came in and he handled that drama by dealing with the officers and his tables like it was just another day. He stays a step ahead of what the customer wants it seems - and that in itself makes the visit more pleasant in general. You never need anything or wonder where your waiter is with him taking care of you. In regards to the police drama, I have to admit it was like dinner and a movie. haha I think staff members need more positive feedback from customers and their managers. Folks go out of their way to leave nasty feedback. And here you can see that. I do hope the owner reads the feedback here. It is clear if they do that they are not listening as part of the mess last night was due to a waitress and customer arguing. I do understand this is the Waffle House but there is a time and a place for everything and it is still business. The one thing that will stand out is the negative attitudes of a lot of the staff here towards the customers. So I felt letting folks know there are staff members here that seem to care about their job and making the best out of it.

Had a craving for waffles. Ordered pecan waffles and was shocked. They were amazing! Crispy on the edges and soft and chewy in the middle. A plehora of pecans added. This is definitely not a place that was on my radar because of its so-called reputation but the great food at a very reasonable price has won me over.

12/28/18!!!!! Came here after work at 3am the black female cook and black female waitress was AWESOME!!!!! Omggg haven't been to this location in a long time because food was always messed up and I was a regular. But I'm glad I came through here tonight and I will be back thanks for your great personality, wonderful service, and good cooking. The food was love to the soul and for the first time ever I am actually full leaving here.

My waitress was very kind and attended towards me. She told me she was new. The coffee and egg and biscuit was delicious! When nothing else is open! You can always depend on The Waffle House to be open 24 hrs. Thank you Waffle House!

This is probably the best waffle house I've eaten at. It's clean, well lit and has a fairon amount of open space so you don't feel cramped by additional guests. The only bad thing about my last trip is I DROPPED my bacon on the floor. Sad day after that. And the the cook prepared it perfectly extra crispy as I had requested. My parties morale was ruined. We're planing a bacon vigil next weekend in respect to this atrocity. 7/5 would eat here again.

Very clean. Kind and courteous staff. Everything is cooked to order and exactly what you expect from Waffle House. WaHo is my preferred destination when going out for breakfast. I love the hashbrowns and waffles. The value per dollar spent is great. NC State students can get a discount with their student ID.
